A historic property. Near Rails to Trails and within walking distance of downtown Historic Brookville with its many antique shops and restaurants. Some local attractions: Scripture Rocks Park, February - Ground Hog Day in Punxsutawney, June - Laurel Festival, July - Jefferson County Fair, December - Victorian Christmas. We're also less than 30 minutes from Clear Creek State Park and Cooks Forest. You can walk to a grocery store, gas station and the Post Office. There's a laundromat nearby.

This is a secluded cabin in the woods on 10 acres. Hunting is available on additional land as well. Close to the Allegheny River and lots of hiking on the Allegheny National Forest. Enjoy watching the wildlife out the front bay window as well as hiking and exploring the backyard woods. Outdoor fire pit is available with firewood provided. This is a cozy place to get away and relax. Wi-Fi now available through Starlink! Drinking water is provided due to the sulphur smell in the water.

During the winter months we highly recommend using vehicles with 4WD/AWD to access the property.
