This is a "very old building" that seems to have been built in the early Showa era. It used to be a dried fish shop. It is a long row house with a very unique construction. There are inconveniences everywhere, such as the tatami mat just outside the entrance, the strangely small living room, the steep stairs, and the slightly sloping second floor. We've self-renovated it to make it more comfortable while still retaining the atmosphere of that time. * Rest assured, the electrical work was done by a professional. The location of the accommodation is just behind Katsuura Asaichi-dori Street, and is in a good location because it is along the shopping district. It's close to Katsuura Port, so you can easily go fishing. In the morning, you can buy fresh vegetables and dried goods at the morning market, take a break at a locally famous coffee shop, visit a nearby temple, or bathe at Matsu-no-Yu, the oldest public bath in Chiba Prefecture! There are also various reasonably priced bars with good atmospheres nearby. Try Katsuura Tantanmen too! 7-minute walk to Katsuura Chuo Beach. The nearest supermarket is "Veisia", 4 minutes by car. From the☆ parking lot, you walk a narrow path that cars can't pass through for 2 minutes, there are slopes and stairs. (There are two sets of three steps) The ☆back is a forest, so we clean it carefully, but I think it is difficult for people who don't like insects to stay. There are no supermarkets or convenience stores within walking distance of the☆ accommodation. We recommend that you do your shopping before you check in. It is a little inconvenient, but it is a quiet environment. Please feel free to use it as if it were your own small villa. ☆Barbecue equipment rental is 2,000 yen. Please clean up and enter the room by 10 pm. * Food ingredients are not included in the price.
