In particular, the picture of trout painted on the sliding doors and walls of the Japanese-style room is the work of Tomoyuki Takeuchi, who traveled with him in North America and now lives in Chitose. The lines carefully drawn with a ballpoint pen are quiet and warm, and touch the hearts of many people. 　It can accommodate up to 9 people, and you can enjoy movies and conversations in the lounge with an L-shaped sofa. It is also an ideal base for sightseeing, such as the Blue Pond, Biei Hills, hot springs, and cafes. Biei-cho Experience Exchange Residence

Biei-cho is located almost in the center of Hokkaido, and the hills spread gently from the foot of the Mt. Tokachidake mountain range in Daisetsuzan National Park, and it is a typical tourist destination where you can see beautiful scenery as if you were in a European rural area that you wouldn't think was in Japan. You can stay in a private location set in the movie "Aio Tsukumu Hito" (released in 2015/starring Hiroshi Sato and Kanako Higuchi), which was produced with the beautiful scenery of Biei Town as the setting. On a sunny day, you can see the vast pastoral landscape, on a rainy day you can see the fantastic view of the morning mist, and at night you can see the beautiful stars as if you were in a planetarium. How about rent a whole of Japanese traditional house in Furano? I renovated the house built in 50 years ago and opened here in 2020. You can use a whole house including living room, kitchen, bathroom, toilet and three bed rooms. You can also use a lot of amenities for free. The house is just next by mountain and vegetable garden. Feel the nature and the slow time in traditional house. *We are promoting proper sanitation within the facility to prevent the spread of the covid-19.

You can cook.Free coffee etc is prepared. It is 4 km from Kamifurano Train Station .From the station there is an ascending slope of gravel road. You can not come by foot. There are four convenience stores in the town of Kamifurano. Please visit next door , you can check in our house.
