Independent 50 m2 cottage located in a charming 18th century house. It includes a bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with two single pull-out beds. Accommodation suitable for 3 adults or 1 couple with 2 children maximum. Shared courtyard with the owners and free to access, with dining area and barbecue. Argeliers is 20 minutes from Minerve, 25-30 minutes from Narbonne and Béziers, about 35 km from the beaches, 45-50 minutes from Carcassonne, 1 hour 15 minutes from Montpellier and 1 hour 45 minutes from Toulouse.

L'éco-gîte se trouve en pleine nature au cœur de 4 ha nichés au bord de la rivière, une piscine naturelle couverte partagée (ouverte mi-fin Mai à mi-Septembre), d'une terrasse et de jeux pour les enfants. La maison offre une pièce principale avec large cuisine, une chambre pour 2, une mezzanine douillette avec 2 lits simples. Nous sommes vignerons en biodynamie. Proximité de Minerve, Canal du Midi, Gorge d'Héric, Carcassonne...Un lieu de paix et de ressourcement. A partir de 5 nuitées l'été.

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

Located in the heart of Minervois, in the historic center of the village of Caunes Minervois, Maison 5 is the perfect place to enjoy your vacation peacefully. It is an invitation to the sweetness of life. Close to the medieval city of Carcassonne, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and 40 minutes from the first beaches of the Mediterranean, it is perfect as a base for visits to the region. It can also be used as a stopover during a business trip due to its functionality.

The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.
