Our cozy farmhouse is located on the edge of the Bienwald and at the foot of the South Palatinate vineyards. In the border region with Alsace, cyclists and hikers will get their money's worth. Excursion destinations from the imperial basilica to Speyer to the climbing park in Kandel, the Palatinate mountains, swimming lakes and swimming pools are around the corner. The 2-story, detached house with a large yard and garden and a great kitchen completes your stay. Parties do not fit the ambiance and are therefore not desired.

Our cozy, bright attic apartment is a place for relaxation close to the city center (about 5 km to the center). The separate apartment consists of a bedroom, living-dining area (two-seater, TV, seating area) as well as a private small shower room with toilet and a beautiful garden with seating area. Exam preparation is possible without problems, as it is very quiet with us. Training centers are nearby: occupational therapy, hearing aid acousticians approx. 5 min., University 15 min. Exhibition grounds approx. 7 min.

Spacious 32 sqm non-smoking apartment with private entrance in a quiet location, easily accessible via A 65 and B 10. The apartment has a kitchenette as well as a dining, living and sleeping area, a hallway and a shower room with toilet. The garden can be used for smoking, for example. The University of Landau and the town centre are about 2 km away, while the master school for audiologists and the training centre for occupational therapy are about 4 km away. Our neighbor offers the same apartment "Wingert".

Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Our newly equipped holiday apartment is situated in the middle of nature, the lovely Schambachtal close to a Biergarten which serves you lovely regional food and wine. The apartment has a double boxspring bed and a comfortable convertable Couch. So two people and maximum 2 children or 3 adults can be hosted.The kitchen is fully equiped with Senseo coffee machine, toaster, water boiler, coffee pads, spices etc. Towels and bed linnen are included as well as fresh fruit and different beverages.

Our holiday home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the southern wine road in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at 355m altitude, below the Sankt Annakapelle. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest plot, there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. You can also book our "Waldhaus mit Traumblick" on the Teufelsberg and our "Grünes Feriendomizil" in Landau/Pfalz on this portal.

Sie hat einen eigenen Eingang mit Garderobe, der ausreichend Platz für Fahrräder und Kinderwagen bietet. Ein kleiner Arbeitsplatz ist in dem Wohnbereich integriert. Eine Terasse mit Essplatz und Blick ins Grüne gehört dazu.

Welcome to our apartment in Kandel! 😊 The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people and is the ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours and excursions in the beautiful Southern Palatinate. The train station is about 5-7 minutes' walk away. There is free parking on the property. In addition to two bedrooms & bathrooms, you can expect a dining room & a small south-facing balcony with a view of the countryside.
