Villa with garden in a luxury condominium in Praia de Mira. The house has three bedrooms, two of which are en-suites with a private bathroom, and a shared bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, toaster, kettle and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee machine. It has free Wi-Fi with no traffic limits throughout the house, cable TV and Netflix. Access to the three swimming pools in the village and the tennis court.

Spacious and clean apartment. Comfortable because of its location. Bright. No special extras (such as heating, air conditioning or INTERNET). Not top quality either, according to the price. The television has basic channels. We prioritize the relationship between guests and family activities. We ask for special attention to the apartment preferences when booking and with the check-in time. If the check-in time cannot be met, send a message to inquire before booking.

My place is close to the beach, 6.7 km from Praia de Mira and 20 minutes from Aveiro ;) Coimbra is 40 minutes away as well as Porto ;) Lisbon is about 1 hour away ;) very well located in a quiet and secure residence :) private garage, closed and free ;) The apartment can accommodate 4 adults :) with very comfortable beds ;) linen can be provided for me for an additional fee. On site €10 set of sheets and towels p2 surveillance cameras outside
