Beach apartment holiday rentals in Miramar Beach

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Even though we booked last minute, Elizabeth was incredibly accommodating and responsive, answering all of our questions right away. The early check-in was a huge bonus, and the process was so smooth it allowed us to fully enjoy our short stay without any hassle. I had read a lot about potential elevator issues, but to our surprise, there were minimal wait times and we had no trouble coming or going. The condo looked exactly as described, and the view was absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and beautiful getaway.

The location was perfect; it was just a walk across the street to the beach. The view was great, right on the beach. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was also very responsive and helpful with any questions we had or assistance we needed. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Fred and Rene’s place was perfect for my husband and I on our vacation! It was extremely clean and had a cozy feel. It was walking distance to several restaurants and shops, which was a plus with heavy vehicle traffic. We would definitely recommend this place to others!

Brian was great and we would definitely stay here again in the future. We had some difficulties figuring out where we should go when we arrived, but that was probably on us and the fact it was really late at night. Brian helped us out as soon as we reached out and we didn’t have any issues after that first arrival.

Very responsive to any questions or concerns, great location right on the beach super easy access and close by lots of great restaurants. Would stay here again I highly recommend. Safe and clean.

Lee’s rental is absolutely beautiful, clean, cozy and roomy! There was also 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. I loved it so much and will happily rent it again when I return. Lee was also easy accessible, kind, informative and patient as I had a lot of questions. The location is great - right across the street from the beach walkway and Santa Rosa is charming and quaint. I absolutely loved it and will rent Lee’s rental whenever I’m there!!

We had 2 toddlers and it was perfect. Super close walk to the beach so easy to come back between beach trips for naps, pool was awesome, condo was perfect. We only have awesome things to say. Host replied within minutes to any questions. Definitely bookmarking to come back next time!

We had an absolute blast! I honestly cannot say enough about how sweet and responsive the hosts are. The place is awesome. Location is as perfect as you can get. 12 out of 10 I would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be booking with them again!!!

From the very beginning, Bill and Lisa were both very responsive. We were notified of every detail before arriving. Once we arrived there was an issue with the A/C system for the condo we had reserved. I notified bill, and without hesitation he moved us to another condo. It was a holiday weekend so getting a technician out would have been a challenge. The room he moved us to was much more accommodating for our family. The neighbors that share the area are all very kind, and the area is a private but close to everything location. We will definitely be revisiting in the future.

Beautiful and clean condo. Very short walk to the beach that included 2 beach chairs and an umbrella daily. Pool area was clean and nice as well. We brought our dog with and felt she had ample time outdoors with both walking around Maravilla, and up and down Scenic Gulf Dr. Would highly recommend!

Perfect location, steps away from the beach. However, only 2 parking spaces are allowed (so you will need to fit your groups of 12 people in 2 cars). Bunk beds offer sleeping arrangement for 6 people, but have to deal with the squeaking noise from the bed frames. Other than that, good value for the money!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jeff and Monica’s place. The home was clean, cozy, and had all the supplies we needed. The location is perfect, close to all the main attractions, which made exploring super easy. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciated. Just a small note for light sleepers, there was occasional noise from the upstairs neighbor, so bringing a noise machine might be a good idea. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Had a great stay at Amy's Seamist condo. The view from the balcony right on the beach can't be beat, the condo was nice and comfortable, in great condition. The beach was not crowded at all (rare for 30A), and having a beach setup come with the rental automatically was very nice. Amy was very communicative and accommodating. We will absolutely stay there again.

We loved our stay so much we are coming back for 3 weeks next year. The area is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle of “spring breakers” in March. Plenty of good restaurants around. as well. The view and being on the first floor was the cherry on top.

The place was beautiful! The beaches were amazing, however the only downside was the multiple flights of stairs down to the beach itself. Other than that, the place was perfect, the property manager Mike was so helpful and responsive. We enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing time here. Was perfect for my kids & family. The apartment was clean, updated and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The building was also great. It had a very clean pool, lots of communal beach toys for my kids. Edward was a great host.
