Kevin & Jennifer’s place was amazing. It is a beautiful house with wonderful amenities, clean and quiet. We were traveling with family and it was so nice for us to have our own rooms & bathrooms, with a comfortable shared space. They have everything you could possibly need at the house, including chairs & beach towels, which made traveling/packing so much easier. They were very thoughtful with what is included at the house and we felt perfectly at home! The beach for the community can get a bit crowded, but we got there early and never had a problem, and it is so nice that it is a short walk from the house. Lots of great restaurants and shops within walking distance too. We loved this stay! Truly one of the nicest homes we have rented on 30A in terms of location & amenities in the home. You can tell they put a lot of care into making it a wonderful experience!

Nancy is a great host! 💫 The view was so nice especially to watch the very common occurrence of lighting! ⛈️ Just as an FYI, we didn't realize we'd be taking the toll road to Destin so keep that in mind ($4 each way). 🤑 The bed was new, but way too soft for my husband and I... Caused us to sink into each other and unfortunately, lead to uncomfortable/minimal sleep. 🫤 Lol we also didn't realize it's a sliding barn door to the bathroom so one of us would go outside to ensure privacy 🤫 We still really enjoyed our stay and leveraged MANY of our hosts recommendations from her guide book! 🤗

This Airbnb was really nice !! It’s in a great location with a short walk to the beach. It has everything you need if you plan to cook there as well. The host responded quickly to a couple of questions I had and was super helpful. I would definitely stay here again!!

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The house was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and with a stunning view of the lake. We spent hours enjoying the excellent fishing right from the property. The golf cart was a game-changer and made getting around the area super easy and fun. We truly loved the entire property. We made full use of the pools, the gym, and even grabbed bites and coffee from both the bayside and beachside cafés. Everything was convenient, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. Our host, Shelena, was extremely helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. This is by far our favorite vacation spot, and we will definitely be back next year!

The stay was great. There was plenty of room for our large group. It was a very close walk to the beach. We love that there were carts and a tent available to use for the beach.

This is our second stay here and we will be coming back again! Very clean and quiet place to stay with a nice pool. Easy walk to the beach too.

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.

We enjoyed our family vacation in John and his family’s home! John’s instructions were very clear and easy to follow… we love Destin and loved this home! We are a family of 4 and brought along grandma and great grandma, the place accommodated all of our needs and very roomy… we felt at home with a beautiful pool view off the patio ( where my 1 1/2 year-old was safe to sit out in her little chair and watch everyone in the pool) staying in and going down to the pool, around the corner grocery store (stocked kitchen appliances) walking distance to the beach and restaurants…lots to do if you want to be busy but comfy and fun just staying in the resort.. .. great host .. we are definitely coming back!

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

Had such a lovely time on a last-minute girl’s trip. House was fantastic, pool was refreshing, and the bonus of including a golf cart helped tremendously. Would definitely stay again!

My wife, kids and I had a blast! Having the golf cart available made it a fantastic stay! Taking rides at night, early mornings and just getting out and about to explore was probably the best part. Would absolutely stay again, and plan on it!

Great place to stay, had plenty of beds for our large party. Amenities were exceptional, nothing beats having a private pool and free to use golf cart when staying near Destin!

My family and I had a great time staying in this beautiful home and neighborhood. The location was perfect. Only a short walk to the beach and so many restaurants and activities close by. We would absolutely recommend a stay here!

Kristen was a very responsive host! The house was well equipped with everything that we needed. She threw in a lot of extras- beach toys, golf cart, etc. The house was full of amenities. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Also enjoyed grilling on the patio. The house is 3 levels. The master suite is on the 3rd floor so this house is best for people that can handle going up and down a lot of stairs. The community is clean and super quiet. We had a great vacation!

I want to start off by saying how beautiful this home was. It’s a very large, spread out home with beautiful decor and views of the pool and bay. The master suite was my favorite with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. My family loved the large home, the pool and the privacy of the home. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Plenty of activities to do in the home and outside. There is some wear and tear in the home such as the walls, but it did not affect our stay. The home shows a hot tub, which it is not a hot tub, but it is used to heat the pool. The house had everything you would need to cook, clean, fireplace, all the essentials, family games and more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the home! I would recommend staying here!

Truly enjoyed our anniversary stay at Allison's cottage. The place is very homey, cozy & clean. Walkable or bikeable to the near public beach access & seaside town. Allison's cottage has everything we needed from bathroom essentials, pool essentials & kitchen essentials. There's no microwave or dishwasher, but we didn't need them because we mostly dine out. We love how there's an outdoor shower, it was useful on days we were sandy after the beach. We didn't really get to use the bikes because it was too hot. But we still enjoyed being able to bike for a bit around the area, specifically since we haven't bike since after high school or college. Highly recommend booking with Allison & we will definitely come back!

Our family LOVED this Airbnb. It perfect for just my husband and our 4 kids. The location being right on the beach with our own chairs and umbrellas was the cherry on top. The host was very accommodating and easy to get ahold of and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The home was very cozy and we would love to stay here in future again.

Lar's place was comfortable and clean for our families stay. He and his co-host were really friendly and fast to respond when we had questions. The location was safe beautiful with a park and water view right up the road. We enjoyed our stay!

First of all, Courtney is wonderful! She was on top of things. I had booked another house with her for the trip and it was getting renovated. She wasn’t sure it was going to be ready in time so she was able to switch my accommodations! During the trip she was very responsive to all of my questions and I was very appreciative of that. And the cherry on top was the house. It was amazing! Very peaceful and very easy to get around. The golf cart was a major plus. My kids loved it and that’s all they wanted to do was ride in it. I highly recommend any property that Courtney owns! I’ll make sure we visit again soon.

Host was wonderful. Ken was very attentive and check-in through check-out was extremely smooth. They have a beautiful place that we enjoyed thoroughly. Ken is the most responsive host I’ve ever met.

I rented this home to have a quiet girls’ weekend with my sister. The home was perfect for our needs: we both had our own space, with a comfy living room and gorgeous back patio overlooking the golf course. Our host, Sarah, was very easy to contact, and even reached out to let us know the home was ready to check-in earlier than expected. We thoroughly enjoyed the golf cart, which was in great condition. Thanks for a wonderful trip!

We felt right at home at Laura’s home in Santa Rosa Beach. The quiet community and private house make a great landing pad for all the nearby fun in the gulf. We had every thing we needed, the beds were comfy, and we enjoyed the community amenities as well as the town, neighbors and Beach (which you can walk or ride bikes to!) Go for a bike ride at the beginning of your trip so you can see how cool it is and do it every day you’re there. One tip I’d offer would be to go to the Blue Mountain Beach public entrance if you ride bikes to go to the beach, because there isn’t anywhere to lock up your bikes if you go to the private beach entrance. Loved this place, would come back again!
