Very clean, spacious and well-equipped studio. Quiet and well located place to discover by car Sète, Montpellier, Saint Guilhem le Désert among others thanks to the private and secure parking space. 10 min walk from Balaruc les Bains city center. Close to shops. Amandine is a very responsive and welcoming host. We recommend it.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the old town and the train station on foot. Good little restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, well-decorated; good bedding. Contact with Julien is easy. We recommend it.

Accommodation beyond my expectations, very well arranged and equipped, convenient and well located, between the Port Marianne station (TaM 1 and 3, 10 min walk) and Pablo Picasso (5 min), shops very close, restaurants and Lez Market. The apartment is really nice to live in every day! The house is very comfortable, very well-equipped and decorated. It is also very well located in a quiet area. Walking distance to the beach. We were lucky with our vacation at the end of October, we were able to swim and enjoy the outdoors (outdoor lunches, garden chairs). The house was particularly clean! Finally, the location is a good starting point for excursions: Montpellier, Sète, Camargue… We'll be happy to come back!

Very good stay in the accommodation, small but very well equipped especially for young children (3 months and 3 years), faithful to the description. Well located accommodation, quiet neighborhood, clean and easily accessible swimming pool, presence of bicycles appreciated. small downside, difficult to move around when opening the folding bed. Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace offering views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a bit expensive (with a big AirB&B commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent on site.
