Great place! House was clean and tidy also very convenient location. Host was helpful , pool and gym facilities were great.

Chandima was the best hostess. She was friendly, helpful and we did not lack anything while we were there. We felt right at home and would definitely choose her place again when visiting Sri Lanka again!

nice and lovely apartment with a grear view over the jungle and the ocean from the 8th floor. Everything you need is there. It is away from all the big roads so it is silent there :)

Had a great stay here with my family. All the amenities felt brand new. It had a well-stocked kitchen, the place was neat and clean, and the host was very responsive. Any questions we had were answered quickly. And also have are enjoy the kids plying area is here in the apartment. It was very convenient because there is a keels super center very near to place, so with young children we were able to cook breakfast and then head out for the day! The apartment is also a good size and didn't feel crowded. Overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend staying here!

Good place to stay. Great communication with the host. Not the most easily accessible place for a tuk tuk, so rent a bike, there is a parking space. Excellent area for communal relaxation on the ground floor with light bulbs. Air conditioners are wonderful for coping with the heat. I can also note that the washing machine was shared, but this did not cause any problems.

Жилье расположено в километре от пляжа, но мы были с машиной и ездили по всем пляжам. Туктуки постоянно предлагают довести (как только пойдешь пешком по улице). Туктуку давал 200 рупий. Хозяин Бину предоставляет велосипед. Ездил на нем в тренажерный зал по утрам. Тренажерный зал ~10000 рупий за 14 дней. Место очень удобное, на мой взгляд, находится в самом центре плеяды, лучших на южном побережье и разных по впечатлениям пляжей. На право поедешь, там максимум в 10 минутах несколько пляжей с серфами и волнами. На лево поедешь, там максимум в 10 минутах прекрасные бухты для купания с маленькими детьми. В Велигаме много кафе, рынок, тейкавей. Брали на рынке рыбу 1000 рупий за килограмм, готовили. В доме есть все для готовки. Бину один раз делал уборку в доме, предварительно уточнив удобно ли нам. Он очень отзывчивый. Сразу скинул координаты всех нужные для жизни мест. У Бину есть знакомый, который показал нам слонов и крокодилов в заповеднике на северо-востоке.

We didn’t expect this place to be this amazing! Brand new house, with everything you need inside. Very quiet location, away from the main road. If you have a bike, everything (beach, shops, cafes, etc) is reachable within 5-10 min drive - which is a perfect combination! We were even more amazed by the hosts themselves. Kindest people, always ready to help with anything. Chandi is always reachable & always helpful. Her sister Kusum is one of the loveliest people I met. Very thankful to them for everything. All in all, definitely recommend this place & would come back here anytime we travel to Sri Lanka!

Pavi, Bathi and their family and friends are the loveliest of people, always ready to help or offer advice when needed. Our apartment was situated on the 2nd floor and was lovely, bedroom and bathroom bare very large as is the kitchen diner, if there was anything you needed Pavi got it sorted asap, the grounds are immaculate and have a plethora of wildlife wandering the grounds, the use of the swimming pool was a great addition. Polhena itself is situated in a great spot for travelling out from and has a wonderful little beach(it does get busy at weekends). Shops are in walking distance as is the main town of Matara or a short fun tuk tuk ride. Colombo and other places are easily accessible via buses or train, both a fun way to travel. We will be back.

I had an amazing stay at Crystal Villa Weligama, a perfect retreat for relaxation and productivity. The villa features 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The cozy living room and dining area are perfect for unwinding and enjoying meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and with fiber optic internet, it’s great for digital nomads. Located in a calm and quiet area, the villa offers a large garden for relaxation. Just 800 meters from the beach and town, it’s a short 5-10 minute walk to enjoy the sun and surf. The neighborhood is safe and secure, ideal for families. The host, Ruwan, is incredibly helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Crystal Villa Weligama is one of the best places to stay in the area, offering comfort, convenience, and tranquility. I highly recommend it for both work and leisure.

Villa Jungle Paradise is fantastic , so is Sudath and his wife. Very helpful with everything. Edith was very with the foot massages to recover her ankle after her fall. The place is situated in the jungle with a nice swimming pool, clean, quiet, birds whistle, high in the trees monkeys now and then. Only 800 meters walking to the beach. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit. And also near two of our favorite restaurants : Jungle restaurant and Wijaya beach restaurant.

After 3 times visiting this home stay the experience becomes better each time. Chani and Nimal gives you a genuine feeling of being cared for. Very flexible, charming and kind couple. There are possibilities for sightseeing with Nimal and Chani easily arrange cooking classes and her dishes are top class. We are for sure coming back!!

We were a family with two children and a medium-sized dog. There is a place to park the car under the roof, the street on which the house stands is wide and clear. This is essentially the second floor of the house with its own entrance and staircase. The second floor has a place to sit outside and enjoy the view. There is also a balcony and air conditioning in one of the two rooms. The second room has a floor fan and the living room has a ceiling fan. There is a ~43' TV in the living room with a comfortable sofa. The inside is spacious and cozy. The kitchen can be said to be on the balcony area, one burner, a small refrigerator and a good washing machine. The host kindly provided an extra table in one room, a drying rack for clothes. The host was always willing to help. We are happy with our 16 day stay in this nice place

We had a great stay at RH Townhouse. Buddhika and his family were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Buddhika gave us recommendations for things to do, foods to try and kindly drove us to Colombo after our stay. RH Townhouse is in a great location, close to Galle but in a quieter area which we really enjoyed. Would recommend staying here!

It was an excellent experience to stay at Ekuku. Alex and Hedwig made us feel more comfortable. The place , people and the food made the whole a stay a amazing one.

Had a wonderful stay at Sam's Condominium-neat and clean apartment with stunning views and the soothing sound of waves . The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect coastal escape.

Die Unterkunft ist schön und direkt am Meer. Wenn man nicht in dem Restaurant im Gebäudekomplex essen möchte, benötigt man aber immer ein Taxi zum nächsten Restaurant. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde immer Rücksicht genommen und diese auch erfüllt. Weiterhin wurde uns beim organisieren des Transfers zum Flughafen sehr geholfen.

Great apartment, had all the basic necessities! The host and family were so incredibly helpful! Gave us a number for a great tuck tuck driver, warned us about the rambunctious monkeys that like to stop by, tried to keep us up to date on the power outages and more. It’s a lovely little jungle villa, with that being said, jungle = lots of bugs, there’s no way around it. Just don’t leave any open food out and that will help lessen the bug situation. Also, mirissa beach (great spot for restaurants and beach days) is a bit too far to walk, so I’d recommend getting a scooter or a bike and the host has a person for that too!! All around, would stay again if we come back to Sri Lanka! Host and family were so so so helpful and friendly!

Lieben Dank! Super organisiert vor Ort. Der Verwalter spricht Englisch und war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sind sogar mit dem Tuktuk abgeholt worden. Es steht auch gegen kleines Geld eines zur Verfügung um damit z. B. zum Strand (Turtle Beach) zu fahren! Dauer etwa 10 min. Laufen über Nebenstraßen geht in 30 min auch. Grundsätzlich ist die direkte Umgebung sehr schön, um diese zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Strand trägt seinen Namen übrigens zu Recht: es sind tatsächlich Meeresschildkröten zu sehen gewesen. Es gibt auch reichlich Restaurants. Nur etwas weiter weg lässt sich das UNESCO Weltkulturerbe, Galle Fort, besichtigen. Ca. 8 km, 15 min mit dem TukTuk. An Ausstattung ist in der Villa Hanra alles da was benötigt wird: Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle... Alles ist sauber, neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Kurz, fantastischer europäischer Standard. Und der Pool... Was soll ich sagen, einfach genial: mal eben reingehüpft. :-)

Wonderful Stay We had an amazing stay on this beautiful property located in Galle . The space was immaculately clean and very spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The complex offers great amenities – we especially enjoyed the pool& the gym. There’s also ample car parking, which made things so convenient. Our host Any was extremely responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and answering all our questions quickly. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Absolutely perfect! This 3-bedroom beachfront sea view condo exceeded all expectations. Spacious, beautifully furnished, and spotless, with breathtaking ocean views from rooms and living area. The sound of the waves and direct beach access made it feel like paradise. Ideal for families or a small group getaway, we didn’t want to leave! Highly recommended.
