Located in a quiet community just 5 minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches such as Mismaloya, Palmares, Las Gemelas, Colomitos, Quimixto, Yelapa, Las Animas, etc. The bus route passes in front of the house to get to any part of Vallarta. Large kitchen with refrigerator, air conditioning and fan; a small closet, cooler, umbrellas and kayak. If you like to fish, you can fish from shore on the beach just below the studio.

The location is close to the restaurants, grocery stores, 7 minutes from the waterfall, beach inmediately below. The main space of the open floor plan over looks the bay of Yelapa, where you can relax in the hammocke and enjoy the breeze of the ocean.
