We absolutely loved our stay! The place was in a perfect location (super walkable), and had the most amazing views. It was the best private getaway with a beautiful pool that overlooked Sayulita and the ocean. We will definitely be back!

It was a pleasant surprise to the beauty of its beaches, incredible sunsets, calmly area to relax. the beach although small is beautiful, as it complies with everything necessary for guests . the house as is, clean, spacious, with many amenities, we were pleasantly surprised that there was everything you need and more to facilitate the stay. it was a very nice place for us to rest, I would definitely come back a million times. the people were very friendly and always pending, the pool rich and the guests very friendly. Until today one of the best stays in every way. ( just as a note, it's not a time zone, shops, public beaches, so for those who are planning to know, it will seem far away to us it was fantastic that calm.

Julie is definitely a super host! Easy to communicate with and very accommodating!! Beautiful, amazing space! Everything was awesome! Fantastic location! Million dollar view and incredible sandy beach! Julie's place was just as described and pictured- super clean, bright, comfy, and cozy. Everything you need was available. This spot was amazing. The views are incredible and we never needed an uber or taxi to get around as everything was walkable. The walk up the hill is quite steep, (even for people in shape it’s a hike to/from the beach), but it’s worth it. It was a very safe area with lots of families out and about. There’s not much hot water but with the warm weather, we didn’t need it hot. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay with wonderful sea views. It has an elevator to go down to the pool and beach. We loved the restaurant next door. We visited it several times and everything was delicious. We rented a car but we regretted it because there are taxis wherever you want. A great stay! 👍

This is the most wonderful place to stay!! It’s in a small town with the friendliest happiest locals — very authentic and non-touristy. The surroundings are gorgeous and Christopher and Benito have the most beautiful place with wonderful harbor and ocean views. Not only that, but there are many options for sitting and viewing the water and surrounding hills, plants and trees. There is a large deck with many seating options and a table for Al fresco dining. There are also other nice lounge chairs with great views set around the property. The house has everything one could possibly need, and there are good options for local dining as well as fresh meat, fish, and shrimp for cooking at home. The local market is small, but seemed to always have what we wanted. The hosts are pretty much the nicest people you will ever meet and were great with local suggestions and help. And if you are a hiker you will love this place … the most amazing trail down the coast is right out the door!

Ralph and Mark were very easy to work with. They provided all the necessary info up front to help take the guesswork out of coming there. The condo was perfect the size, perfect location, with a beautiful view. Alfredo was very welcoming and accommodating. We would definitely request this bnb again!

Our stay at this condo was absolutely wonderful! The view was truly breathtaking - we loved waking up to it every morning. Our host was responsive, helpful, and so nice. We highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay in Puerto Vallarta. We can’t wait to come back!

I loved the location, very close to the romantic area, lots of restaurants, bars and obviously the beach. The apartment is very spacious and what I loved is that I was able to bring my dog. I would definitely go back.

Gabriela and her team are great hosts. Response time was fast. They recommended restaurants, an in house chef, a massage professional. All great things to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The view from the balcony and pool deck are amazing! The staff of the building is kind and friendly! The place looks like the photos. It’s spacious and nicely lit. Kitchen is fully stocked with all major necessities. The pool within the balcony is fine for temperature especially when visiting during summer and high humidity times it’s refreshing. The building is a fairly nice stroll downhill however it gets steep at some points and there’s straits. I walked it up twice up. If you want a nice mini workout dig in if not the humidity will get ya. Uber is also a nice cheap drive back from any area of the Zona Romántica. Theirs also cute koi fishes in the pond within the level of the apartment

My stay at Álvaro’s place was absolutely incredible. The property is private, secluded, and secure — perfect for a peaceful getaway. The views are truly stunning, overlooking both the ocean and the town below. It’s hard to put into words how breathtaking it is! Despite the serene location, access to town is easy and convenient. The home itself is well-equipped with amazing amenities that made the stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing stay with unforgettable views. Thank you, Álvaro, for an amazing experience!

This Condo was great and with an amazing view. It had everything we needed, clean and very spacious. My family and I had a great time here. We loved the pools. The only thing that was missing was regular towels.. they only have pool towels and beach towels, but other than that everything was great. We will definitely be coming back soon.

The condo is so spacious. The views are panoramic and spectacular. The community itself is really secure and serene. This is a great place for everyone who values peace and beauty over the downtown scene. It's easy to get downtown when you want to, but an escape like this is much harder to find. But now you have. Book it!

Jim and his crew were amazing from the very beginning of the booking process. Communication was excellent throughout the entire stay,they were always responsive and helpful. My parents and I, along with my young niece who decided to join last minute, truly loved the place. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they updated my reservation to accommodate her, super smooth and stress-free! If you’re someone who enjoys being out all day, this is the perfect place to come back to and relax. The private pool was one of our favorite parts,nothing beats a peaceful swim after a long day. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the entire home was spotless thanks to the amazing maid! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we even got to see fireworks at night from the house, such a special bonus. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Don’t hesitate, especially if this is your first time booking, like it was for me. Jim is your guy!

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful, peaceful and clean with the most amazing ocean view, look no further. The condo has very aesthetically pleasing decor. Calming, light blues and white. The fragrance is exactly as you would find in a high end hotel, so if you are a person who likes wonderful fragrances like me, you will love her place. The pool. I cannot think of a more beautiful infinity that I have experienced. It runs the entire length of the rooftop, so if you love to swim, this pool is a dream. There is another pool just below the condo that you can see from the patio that overlooked the ocean. I had that pool all to myself. Dreamy. I have nothing but stellar things that won't fit in this review. The first opportunity I get, I am going back.!!!! Oh, extremely comfortable beds, had to get that in there. Private and quiet, which is very important to me. Do yourself a favor and book her place.

Puerto Vallarta is an amazing city and I cannot wait to go back. Girasol Sur has a great location on a beautiful Gamelas beach plus 24-7 security, its own large pool, restaurant with live music - what else could one want. Maria Elena’s place was a luxury condo on two levels, pristine, nice furniture, space to work, exactly as described. Maria Elena responded to each of my hundred questions 🙂 quickly and with great suggestions. Would recommend the place to anyone looking for a nice, quiet, yet close to town spot, and I am looking forward to visiting again soon. Thank you! Maja

You’re right in front of the beach, gorgeous view, well-equipped kitchen, awesome shower, great bed, and the best part turned out to be the massive pools and jacuzzis with up front views of the ocean and the mountains. For a reasonable price I think this is one of the best in PV

Multiple time guest, can’t wait for next trip already. Trustworthy and communicable host. One of our favorite spots to stay in PV for great access and amenities. Surf vibe is fun. Best part of the day is coming back to cold air conditioning, waterfall shower, and melt into the comfortable bed. Very secure and multiple locked doors to reach pool, lobby, and elevator access. The pool and general building rules are held up, it makes the experience great. Rooftop bar is killer, great new addition. There are 5 to 10 restaurants within a few blocks that are world class… seriously! Walkable to the beach or taxis are right there for a 2 minute ride.
