I rent out a newly renovated, refurbished and newly furnished 1-room apartment with magnificent mountain views in the beautiful climatic health resort, Immenstadt im Allgäu. Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

The residential units are located on our terraced natural campsite. Thus, we have all the facilities that allow you to have a pleasant stay. We are only 7 km from Oberstaufen, in a quiet location and yet centrally located to numerous excursion destinations in the Allgäu and Vorarlberg. Numerous hiking opportunities and ski resorts are within a 20-minute drive. Bike paths, hiking trails and a cross-country trail also lead directly from our place.

Missen-Wilhams is a perfect starting point for all hikers, cyclists, skiers, cross-country skiers, as you have everything right at your doorstep. After your leisure activities, you can relax in the on-site swimming pool and sauna, have a cozy glass of wine on the balcony with evening sun or sit together in the bar with locals and other holiday guests in a sociable atmosphere. The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. The apartment offers a magnificent view of the Illertal and the Allgäu mountains. Due to the quiet location, you can really unwind. For active vacationers, the apartment is an ideal starting point for skiing (the nearest mountain railway is 3 km away), biking, hiking/mountaineering, etc.

[2] Vacation apartment on the organic farm

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a farmhouse. Until March 2024, organic hay milk was produced. Now, due to our retirement, we limit ourselves to raising cows and producing hay for organic hay milk. The cowshed can be visited by appointment during the winter months. Families welcome! A baby bed & high chair can be provided. Outdoor furniture can also be used. Also a swing and sandbox.

Auf'm Hof - Hase vacation home

In our apartment Hase you will find space for 2 people in the dining-living-sleeping area. Optionally, a baby crib can be placed.
