Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Mission Bay, San Diego

We really enjoyed are time at the beach house. It was a great location and very close to every where we wanted to go. It is absolutely a beautiful place to stay with family.

My family really enjoyed staying here. The place is larger inside than you would expect - six adults fit very comfortably. Access to the beach is easy, and the large table on the first floor was perfect for playing games. The TV on the second floor was great for watching movies together. The primary bedroom and bathroom are nicely sized, and all the beds are comfortable. The nearby Pacific Beach location gave us access to excellent restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would love to stay here again.

Such a beautiful place, very well taken care of. Absolutely perfect for my family including my baby, two toddlers and two dogs. Adam was a great host and very responsive with recommendations. The perfect location for all of our needs. We loved it and will absolutely be saving this house for future stays!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful studio just steps from the beach—only about 15 feet away! The space is well-equipped with plenty of amenities and surrounded by family-friendly activities. It’s perfect for a family of four, especially with young children. The studio includes a pack and play and high chair, which made traveling with our toddlers so much easier. Everything was very clean and peaceful, and having a washer and dryer was a huge plus. Ginger was kind, helpful, and very responsive. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Our family had a great time staying here for our San Diego vacation! Everything was clean and modern, had all the supplies we needed, and we felt very at home. Beds and furniture were very comfy. The backyard patio area was beautiful with all the plants and very relaxing. The kids loved each getting their own room with a queen bed. And the host was very responsive! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend.

I wanted to move in and stay forever. When I saw the giant bird sculptures in the photos, I was a little unsure, but they make for a great atmosphere. The murals and personal touches are fantastic for a great vacation spot. Sandra was an amazing host and even picked up a graduation decoration package for us and put those up, so it was one less thing to do during busy, busy graduation time. The rooftop deck and the third floor make it a great place for family and teenagers. The beds are very comfortable, the master shower is perfect, and everything was sparkling clean. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and parking both in the garage and on the street was easy. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this stay.

The place was perfect and extremely family friendly. My kids loved the place and they are not kidding about the house being stocked with everything you need to cook with! Awesome location and took a large truck and suv and we were able to park at the house. House was clean and spacious for us. Enjoyed are stay and hope to come back! Thank you Jarrod and Maria!

The location is a ten minute walk to the beach. There’s a sprouts three minutes away and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location with a very great host. Very kind people. I would definitely stay again.

Location is the best about 150 yds from ocean and 100 yds to small supermarket and eating places. Cy is the most diligent host we have encountered. Lives on site and constantly making small, useful improvements

Stayed at Angela’s beach condo for a week and a half and loved it so much! So nice to have a dedicated parking spot as we’ve stayed in this neighborhood before and sometimes finding parking can be tricky. It was wonderful to be close to the beach and my favorite PB restaurants - I could easily walk to get coffee, pastries, tacos, and a great local yoga studio. Would love to be back in the future - thanks for a great trip Angela!

We were a group of four and we really enjoyed our stay at Richard's place. It's very well equipped, so you feel right at home with everything you need to make your stay as accommodating as possible. Instructions were clear and precise, from the host's communications to the labels in the light switches that don't require any guesswork. Decoration is uplifting and perfectly suits the ambiance to make you feel both welcome and cozy. You can see the attention to details everywhere, from the available spices if you want to cook, the electric bottle opener, the board games and all the rest of the gear and even the foam protections in the kitchen's countertop corners. All of those things make for a comforting and easy stay at the place.

Loved staying here a second time! Make sure you drop people off/unload in front of the unit to avoid making others wait to park and don’t get a giant car - the garages are a tight fit like everywhere else in mission beach.

Pretty much perfect. Location is just stupid perfect. Walk right over to the Del Coronado, right to the beach, right to coffee. The place is perfect for a couples romantic stay. I plan on going back each year. I would suggest using their parking at the B of A right next door. Totally worth it. I really have zero bad things to say. Value A+. Easy A+ Clean A+. Safety A+++++. Lobster rolls across the street A+. Buzzed coffee around the corner A++++. I’ll be back.

We had a great stay! It was close to the beach and easy to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. Bradley was very responsive and helpful!

The space was perfect for our family. Great sized full and clean kitchen even though we didn’t need to use it a lot. Lots of space for us and our 3 kids, and we appreciated the toys and baby high chair+pack n play! The kids really enjoyed the back yard space. We only saw the neighbors in passing so the space was basically all ours during that time. Hosts were very friendly! Location was close to everything we needed. No issues with the street parking. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay! Everything we needed to enjoy the beach was provided including boogie boards and beach cruiser bicycles 😀 The apartment was clean and well maintained. Richard was very responsive and provided thorough, timely information that made the stay stress free! The only super minor thing was the washer/dryer combo taking a couple of drying cycles to get clothes completely dry. But, it was nice having a machine available! I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming A-frame cabin! Spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and felt brand new. The AC was on when we arrived—such a thoughtful touch on a hot day. Communication with the host was excellent, and the welcome guide made everything super easy. The location is peaceful and private, perfect for bird watching by day and stargazing at night. The beds were comfy, the jacuzzi tub was sparkling clean, and the high-tech toilet (seat warmer + bidet!) was a fun surprise. We loved the collection of vintage records and board games—so cozy and nostalgic. Ideal for a romantic getaway but spacious enough for more guests. We’re already dreaming of our return!

This is one of those true gems you’re absolutely stoked to stumble upon. The minute we drove down the country lane and saw the house, my wife and I knew we had found a truly magical getaway. We both agree it’s one of the top three homes/properties we’ve had the pleasure of experiencing! Every square inch of the property is amazing. The house is beautiful. The kitchen is stocked and perfect for those who enjoy cooking. We cooked three of the four nights because we just loved the atmosphere and views so much! Our four year old absolutely loved exploring the trails, pond and backyard. The hot tub was in perfect condition. Rare! The awesome fire-pit on the balcony was perfect for making smores and staying warm while listening to the frogs sing while stargazing. We played games, watched movies and just had a perfect long weekend. The worst part was having to say goodbye! It was so peaceful, it’s going to be hard to beat such a good nights rest. Another week would have been nice!

My husband, son and I needed a place to stay in Ramona while attending a wedding nearby. This was by far the best place I found and I was so hapy it was available. It's a huge ranch with lots of farm animals. We loved it. The house was clean and well appointed; beds were comfortable, and the porch for morning coffee was the best. This is only a 22-minute drive to Julian, and 5-6 miles from the town of Ramona. A++ -- 10 out of 10.

An unforgettable stay — highly recommend! We had such a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and felt cozy yet spacious. Every detail—from the comfortable bedding and well-stocked kitchen to the thoughtful touches like fresh towels, coffee, and made us feel completely at home. The location was perfect—peaceful and private, breathtaking mountain view from the pool. We especially how quiet the neighborhood was. Our host Posh was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. It’s clear they truly care about their guests’ comfort and experience. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it whole.

This was such a beautiful and fun place to stay ! It’s hard to find something simple with a good price and this place was perfect in both aspects. The views were amazing the area around the cabin was so cute and very much made for 2. Loved that it was like glamorous camping in a bit city. A great get away. Thank you !

I absolutely fell in love with the historical charm of this cabin! It’s such a delightful spot, filled with an amazing atmosphere that makes it a perfect getaway. One minor hiccup during our trip from Arizona back to San Diego was the lack of cell signal, which made checking in a bit challenging. However, that small inconvenience couldn’t dampen our spirits! The vintage bathtub added such a lovely touch to our stay, and I appreciated the old-fashioned heating system that kept us cozy when the night air turned chilly. The porch was a gem as well! Nestled in nature and featuring comfy seating, it was the ideal spot to unwind. While the area doesn’t allow for outdoor lights, having a flashlight handy is a great idea if you’re arriving after sunset. The location is perfect for a leisurely stroll, and we enjoyed the fascinating history shared. Overall, we are truly grateful for the opportunity to experience this. Another bonus is that Julian is just down the street!

Words cannot describe the serenity that comes from sitting on the back porch. It is so incredibly beautiful. This place is amazing. The birds, the wild turkeys, the deer… just amazing. The house was quaint and cozy and well appointed. Would absolutely come back!

My family and I had such a wonderful time staying here during memorable day weekend. There was something for all of us to do. We fished at lake every day, a big plus for my husband as it was just a few short minutes away from the front door, to the quality time we had inside the house playing pool, to the top tier coffee machine that allowed me cozy mornings on the patio listening to the birds with my husband, to the smores we made outside at the fire pit while gazing at the stars. The house is so beautiful and inviting, curated with such an eye for detail and warmth. We truly cannot thank you enough for sharing your home with us and we cannot wait to visit again soon one day.
