Dog-friendly ground-floor room, 2 comfy twins

This cozy downstairs room in the Milkweed Mercantile includes two twin beds and is our only dog-friendly room. The room has an exterior entrance and includes access to a shared shower and hassle-free composting toilet in common space just outside your door. The Mercantile is a beautiful strawbale building with solar power, filtered rain water, high speed wifi, as well as air conditioning and fireplace in public spaces. Breakfast can be included for a small fee if arranged in advance.

The interior ceiling of the Gnome Dome features a whimsical, natural design with undulating plaster and artistic wood accents. A skylight provides soft, natural light, while unique circular openings enhance the character of the space. Shelves lined with books create a cozy reading nook.
