You’ll have access to our HOA boat ramp. We’re located on the Osage River Arm of Lake of the Ozarks on MM 84 (@ the power lines) and 15 minutes away from Truman Dam and Lake.

The small cozy Glamper is located on our cattle ranch which is about 15 minutes south of Salem. We also have the Rancher Glamper on our farm if you are traveling with another couple. We are 20 minutes from Montauk State Park, 20 minutes from Echo Bluff State Park, and the beautiful Current River.

A great place to unplug and get away from it all! The Happy Camper includes a covered outdoor kitchen area, a firepit and additional beds in the adjacent cabin. The location is located nearby numerous outdoor gems including the Black River, Taum Sauk, Mountain , Sam Baker State Park, the Ozark Trail and mountain biking areas. The property has a year-round creek flowing through it to enjoy and explore. The adjacent "Cabin on the Creek" is also available to rent if you need more space.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. This bus at one time was the River Bound Express at River Ranch Resort hauling hundreds of people to the river. Since then we have fully renovated this 35’ bus which has all the comforts of home including bedding, heat and A/C, indoor shower and all the extras needed to enjoy a stay in Noel, MO.
