Our villa is situated literally on the beach, which is known for its crystal blue waters. The newly built modern house is fully equipped with all conveniences, such as a modern kitchen, air condition units in all rooms, tv, wi-fi etc. The famous traditional greek taverna of Maria is right next door, where you can enjoy local delicacies all day. In Our quiet villa you will experience greek at its summer, watching the sunset.

When you turn your head slightly to the left, you will see the Necropolis and the West Gate standing in all its majesty, and you will see how close you are to the Temple of Athena and the streets where Aristotle taught. A detached stone house in an independent garden 3 km from the sea, surrounded by nature, at the foot of the Kaz Mountains in the Assos area of Çanakkale, where you can stay peacefully and safely with your family.
