I am from Ayvalık and I came to Ayvalık for the first time. For a long time, Ms. Kübra's house was in my favorites and I said that if I go one day, I definitely want this house, and it happened. We were incredibly pleased as a family. We felt as if we had been visiting a family friend we had known for years. The location of the house is within walking distance to everywhere and it is lively. During the holiday, I asked her for information about the nearby hospital because my sister was sick, and she helped me with the hospital and took care of me every day. This is an incredibly valuable thing. Apart from that, all the surrounding tradesmen are very friendly and helpful. Just take your suitcase and personal belongings and leave, and the house is clean. I would also like to give a personal recommendation, do not leave the Mahzen wine house on the corner without enjoying live music accompanied by a wine and cheese plate. In short, everything was perfect. Staying at Ms. Kübra's house was the most perfect. Thank you for everything.

The house was very nice and clean. 3 families and 6 of us stayed. Actually, it's a summer place, we came in winter. If it was summer, we could go into the pool. We never got cold, the heating was enough. It was a safe house. Our host was very interested and helpful in everything. We can prefer it again. We would like to thank the host for his beautiful gifts. It's not too far from the centre. But there are 2 roads, if you go from the location, the road can get longer.

good location, a little bit far from the port but walkable distance, the host was very friendly and quick to response, the only downside was that the bed was uncomfortable

The unit was as pictured in the listing. The bathroom was beautiful and the modern kitchen contained all that was needed for preparing the occasional meal. We were short some sheets when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and brought them to us. The narrow streets and lack of parking was a challenge as we were not accustomed to this, but it seems to be common at least in this part of Mytilene. Overall, would definitely recommend.

This house is very comfortable for families,for those who have a small child has a playpen,very thoughtful and clean the kitchen has everything and the toilet is spotless and something basic and you will understand it for Mytilene is that we always found to park the car. Mrs. Niki and Mr. Panayiotis are willing to help you with anything you need.

The host was extremely helpful and responsive, walked us through every moment of our stay and provided suggestions when needed with a very kind approach, the apartment was very clean and cozy and we felt right at home aside from the apartment being so close to the city center and shops which made it easier for as to get around. Would recommend a stay here.

Such a cute apartment, and great to have a washing machine. The host lives next door so, although you have complete privacy, she is nearby if you need anything. Sappho Square and multiple great eateries are a few minutes' walk away, and the ferry wharf is also within walking distance. I very much appreciated the host allowing me a flexible checkout time, so that I could stay in the apartment until it was time to leave for my overnight ferry to Athens.

We had no trouble communicating with Thalia. She responded to our messages in a timely manner and adequately. We loved the location of the house, the view was great! We were able to get everywhere on foot. There is a grocery store in the back of the house and very reasonably priced. We went to the balcony for coffee at every opportunity, but we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the wind, it was really windy when we were in Lesvos. So the balcony was not very convenient for us, unfortunately. Kitchen utensils were sufficient, all basic things. We discovered Greek coffee thanks to Thalia:) She was a helpful, caring lady as written in the comments. Since it was not summer yet, the house was cold in the evening/night and the air conditioning worked a lot. We also had no problem with the hot water. Some comments mention the issue of noise and smoking. We didn't hear any noise and never smell cigarettes, there was no smell to the apartment we were in. Overall we were satisfied, we had a nice time with our nearly 5-year-old son:) Thank you…

It was a very sufficient residence for 3 people for our stay, the clean and tidy furniture was new. We didn't use it much but there were basic things in the kitchen. There was water in the fridge, coffee pods and a bottle of ouzo on the table when we arrived, it was a very nice gesture, thank you. You're just going uphill a little, this may be the only problem, but it wasn't a problem for us. It was a nice stay.

First of all, we would like to thank Rania for her hospitality. The apartment and location were great. Rania offered us late check out and gave us great local recommendations. If we come to Lesvos again we will definitely stay at Rania's apartment again.

They are so nice I can't tell. I have visited a lot of islands, I rented a lot of houses, I have not seen such good friendly, clean and helpful people. My older son got sick and took us to the hospital and came to check 3 times while we were staying in the hospital. Amazing nice people. I will go back soon.

The hosts are definitely very helpful, communicative and very, very nice and accommodating. We felt at home in the apartment. What can I say about the view from the balcony? I think you have to experience it yourself. We spent great days there. 1 minute from the apartment is a public parking lot that is free and the center is also 2 minutes away. Everything is great. You can't go wrong renting this apartment. Glad to come back!

Anna's house was very close to the street, you can walk everywhere. We could always find a parking space in front of the house. It's a large studio apartment, we didn't cook in the kitchen, but there were ingredients that might be needed. The only disadvantage of the house was that the church, which was very close, was constantly ringing the bell on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The place was as described. The center of Petra. There are restaurants, bars and a beach close to everything and within walking distance. We were very satisfied. The amenities of the house were also good for the price. There was parking available around it. Eleni is friendly and her needs were clear. Thank you so much

This place had a spectacular view and is so close to everything happening in Mytilene. It was clean and bright and had great amenities. Given its downtown location, if you’re a light sleeper, it’s probably not for you- but that’s true of most downtown hotels, too. The host was friendly and super responsive. We had a minor local power outage and she had the issue fixed before we even experienced any real inconveniences- really superior attention was paid to us. I would totally stay here again.

The house was as described, very close to the center, 10 minutes by car, 10 minutes on foot to the marina. The host was flexible about the Check-in. Everything was available at home for the need. Clean and useful. We spent 4 days very comfortably with 2 children. Thank you

He was a very polite host. She was very welcoming. The location of the house was very good. Being close to Molivos and Petra was a great advantage for us. The pool was convenient and clean. Thank you for the 2 soaps she left us on the last day. The renovation of the bathroom could be more advantageous for the host.

We have stayed in Lanas apartment before and have had great stays on both occasions. The view from the balcony is beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. Lana is great at communicating and Jasmine went extra lengths to help us. Be aware that the road to the apartment is quite steep and paved with cobble stones, so getting luggage there is a bit of a task if your not traveling light. Fully recommended!

I had a hard time finding the location of the house due to the rain on the first day, but my host came by taxi and picked us up. He was so sweet and sincere. Thank you very much to my host. The house is spotless, just as seen in the pictures. There were even homemade jams and treats at home. This is not a situation I always encounter. It made us very happy. I am a very meticulous person, I cannot stay anywhere. I really felt like I was at home in this house. A sparkling house. I drank my Turkish coffee on my balcony in the morning. Peaceful environment. It is also within walking distance to Şişman's place restaurant. We were in constant contact with my host's son Giannis, he always helped us and gave us advice. They let us enter the house because we got off the ferry early on the first day. He said we could leave late on the last day. That was really nice and kind of him. I thank them again and again. From now on, if I go to Lesbos again, I will stay in this house without thinking. My wife and daughter were very comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend this house to everyone. Thank you.
