The 1-bedroom apartment was fully renovated in 2025. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - you are in untouched nature in a few minutes. The apartment has a terrace, garden and an underground parking space. Children are welcome and up to 6 years we do not charge any extra costs. Please simply note this in the text when making the request. The visitor's tax is between €2.20 and max. €3.00 per adult depending on the season and with the guest card there are some discounts.

The open floor plan, modern materials and sophisticated LED lighting design make the apartment a bright and cozy retreat. The 3 rooms offer very high-quality amenities with modern smart home technology, electric curtains and underfloor heating as well as air conditioning. A public charging facility for electric cars is located in the village.

The quietly located apartment is south and west facing and is divided into approx. 60 m² on a living room (with comfortable sofa bed and reading corner), a bedroom (with large double bed), a separate new kitchen (with dishwasher and dining area for up to 6 people) and a bathroom (with shower and toilet). The balcony overlooks the Karwendel Mountains to the south, the Wetterstein Mountains to the southwest and the Krottenkopf to the west.
