Swimming lakes (Chiemsee, etc.), bike tours (BikePark Samerberg) and the mountains are right outside the door.

Diese ländliche FEWO im 1 Stock verfügt über einen schönen Garten mit Außensitzbereich in dem Gäste entspannen und die ruhige Umgebung genießen können. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen direkt am Haus zur Verfügung. In dieser Unterkunft werden Handtücher und Bettwäsche zur Verfügung gestellt. Im Stall wohnen noch Meerschweinchen, Hühner und eine alte Katze

There is running water and hot water available. There is electricity on the cottage, which is generated and stored by a PV system.
