Perfectly located ground floor, garden flat 3 minutes walk from Hampstead Heath. South end green is on our doorstep. Lots of lovely cafes and coffee shops. Surprisingly quiet even though it’s located very close to a variety of shops, cafes, wine bars and coffee shops. Large king bed, very well stocked kitchen and a cosy, inviting living room. The garden has a charcoal bbq and a large outdoor dining area.

I very much enjoyed my stay with Janus, the room is very comfortable and clean and was the perfect place to retire to after a gig at the Roundhouse. I enjoyed dipping in to his many brilliant books! The bathroom was clean, I did not make use of the kitchen. It is right by the tube so could not be better situated, surrounded by cafes and next to a Tesco. Janus is a friendly and responsive host and the room is excellent value for money for the area. I hope to return the next time I can’t face the late train home from Euston. Thank you Janus for opening up your home and providing a reasonably priced, comfortable option to stay in beautiful Hampstead.

If I could book my stays for the entire year in advance, I absolutely would! Carol’s place is simply gorgeous. Yesterday, I enjoyed a lovely meal out on the balcony, taking in the beautiful surroundings—and this morning, I did the same with the delicious breakfast so thoughtfully provided by Carol. Such a peaceful and welcoming experience!

We had such a wonderful stay with Sue and her partner! They were incredibly accommodating and just so, so lovely genuinely welcoming and easy to chat with. We had some great laughs and felt right at home. The place itself was even better than the photos: clean, cozy, and full of charm. The location was perfect quiet, peaceful, and super convenient for getting to everything we wanted to see and do. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you both for being such amazing hosts!
