Holiday rentals with a patio in Mlini

Great location. Up a hill so great views but not great if mobility is an issue. Clean apartment with great balcony for views. Down the staircase is the bus stop to get bus 4 to the old town, and a bakery, cafe, shop and more restaurants, plus the beach.

The perfect little apartment - even nicer than the photos! So peaceful with the flowers and birds chirping. A bottle of wine included was a sweet touch. Very clean and organized. It is a bit of a walk to the main part of town and the nearest grocery store, but it’s a lovely walk along the water and lots of beach options along the way. I would recommend this suite to anyone!

Beauty, serenity and incredible views! Our stay was an amazing experience. The apartment is a modern, spotless apartment about 25 minutes from the old town of Dubrovnik. We very much appreciated the tranquility of the location, with birds chirping in the morning as we took in the breathtaking views of Dubrovnik. A big plus for us was the famous Sveti Jakov beach which was only a 5 minutes walk away. We did morning and sunset swims, and even ate dinner at the beach restaurant. The beach felt very much like a hidden gem, especially at the end of our day tours. Our host Jelena was extremely friendly, and responsive, answering messages within minutes. She even placed a pizza delivery order for us on our first night as we were tired after a long travel day. Visitors should know that this apartment is a bit difficult to access and there are many stairs. This was not a problem for us because Jelena made sure we had help to carry our luggage. Thank you Jelena!

Perfect location, very comfortable and clean, great to have the pool much welcomed after a day out. The hosts are so friendly and on hand if there’s anything you need. Can highly recommend

We had an amazing time at Marianas place. She welcomed us with open arms and provided us with additional amenities for our 18month old daughter. She was friendly, kind and made us feel at home with some homemade apple pie. The view from the balcony was incredible and made for a beautiful holiday (especially as we spent a bit of time at the house because we had a toddler). We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Das Apartment gehört wohl zu den schönsten in ganz Dubrovnik! Alles ist vollkommen neu und top eingerichtet. In Kombination mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht ist es einfach unschlagbar! Wir haben jede einzelne Sekunde dort genossen.

숙소는 훌륭한 위치에 있습니다. 저는 렌트카를 가지고 있었고 주차구역을 지정해 주셔서 만족했습니다. 주방에 음식을 만들수 있는 기본적인 조리도구들이 준비되어 있어 음식을 만들어 먹었습니다. 화장실은 제가 이용해본 에어비앤비 중 가장 청결하며 에어컨이 각 방마다 설치되어 있어 쾌적합니다. 발코니는 두보르니크의 환상적인 일몰을 여유롭게 즐기기에 최적의 위치입니다! 단, 운전이 어려우시거나 경사도가 심한 곳을 걷기 어려우신 분들은 접근이 제한됩니다. 숙소를 가기위해 마지막 경사도는 거의 70도 이며, 길이 한개입니다. 밎은편에서 차가 오면 비켜주어야 합니다. 운전이 능숙한 저는 문제 없었어요! 다음에 두보르니크를 다시 방문하게 된다면 또 지내고 싶은 숙소입니다.

An absolute gem Airbnb in Cavtat! A superbly appointed 2 storey apartment with two bedrooms. We sat regularly on the private terrace adjacent to the apartment with stunning views over the bay. The location is harbour side, close to restaurants including Mislav’s just 50 metres from our front door. We highly recommend you take some meals there as the seafood is delicious and so fresh! Beautiful walks, swimming spots nearby, regular ferry service to Dubrovnik worth a day. And numerous more aquatic activities on the doorstep. We would highly recommend this superb apartment. Looking forward to a return soon we hope :-D

Un enorme merci a Maja et Devor pour leur accueil, leurs conseils, leurs disponibilités et leurs bienveillance. L'appartement est tres joli, fonctionnel, belle déco et tout est la pour passer un excellent sejour. Ligne de bus en bas de la rue pour rejoindre la veille ville tres facilement. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine gravé dans notre memoire et notre cœur. Merci mille fois, grace a vous, nous avons découvert la magnifique ville de dubrovnik et pu faire toutes les activités grâce aux excellents conseils de Maja ♥️

Nossa estadia foi ótima, lugar incrível com uma vista maravilhosa,o anúncio não é exato quando fala que tem acesso à praia, se você estiver sem carro prepare se pra descer 2km de morro aonde encontrará o centro e lugares para nadar. Foi uma semana incrível, super recomendável.

I stayed for 5 days, during which I felt very happy with the room. You have literally everything in the room, snacks, towels, detergents, washing machine, a nice balcony. The location is away from the crowds of the old city but about 20 mins. walk to it, and 3 mins with the bus, and if you decide to visit Lapad, also very convenient with the location. Communication with Gloria was very good. All in all a very good place for solo travellers or couples.

What can I say that hasn’t already been said? The property is immaculate, comfortable, we felt right at home. Communication before arriving set up the experience of feeling at home with friends. The enthusiastic welcome, lemonade and beer, fruit, Pego the Pekingese and Esmeralda (1 or 2?) - heart-warming. An afternoon of meandering intellectually-rivetting conversation with Nina and Mladenka - sharing life experiences and insights. I never expected this to be part of our stay but it was the absolute highlight. We left knowing that we had made genuine friends in Nina, Mladenka and Pego and I look forward to the opportunity to return, bring friends, and share an experience that was an absolute highlight of our 4-day cycling trip from Mostar to Dubrovnik. My only regret is that we only had the one night with the family - I would stay a week in a heartbeat 💗 Steph and I wish you both, and the pets, all the very best in life and health and happiness. Het appartement van Igor was modern ingericht en zeer schoon. Verder was het in de buurt van het strand, winkelcentrum en een supermarkt. Let er wel op dat je heel wat trappen op en af moet voordat je het strand bereikt. Wij vonden Astarea beach het prettigste. Het appartement ligt naast een doorlopende weg, dus je hoort de auto’s voorbij rijden, maar dit was voor ons geen probleem. Igor was een vriendelijke host, die goed voor zijn gasten zorgt (zorgt voor voldoende badhanddoeken, fruit, toiletpapier, fles water enz). Wij hebben van dit verblijf genoten en raden het zeker aan!

Lovely place to stay. Nikolina was a great host and very helpful with information on how to get around the city and things to do there. The listing was exactly like the photos and was perfect for our stay.

We stayed at Tonci’s place for a week. The place is as lovely as on the photos. It makes you feel immediately at home, and it has everything you need for a nice and relaxed stay. It is in a calm area not far from Dubrovnik and with a beautiful garden. The apartment itself is thoughtfully and elegantly done. Tonci’s mother, Mrs Helena, welcomed us with some home made products and set a tone for the rest of the stay! We appreciated the personal touch very much!

Le logement proposé par Dragan, vaut le détour, c’est un beau logement très bien entretenu. Dragan est très réactif aux demandes que vous pouvez avoir, il vous fournira une multitude de liens utiles, pour l’emplacement du logement, des vues sur Dubrovnik, des magasins alentours, des bons plans pour les visites etc etc Bref. N’hésitez surtout pas, vous ne serez pas déçus et la maman de Dragan est tout aussi gentille et accueillante…

We had a lovely stay at Ivan's apartment in Slano and very much enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself was perfectly clean and had everything you could wish for, we especially loved the big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sun with a lovely view of the sea and the hills. Ideal for breakfast. Ivan is an exceptionally good host, always communicating swiftly, friendly and supportive. He has many good ideas and tips for travelling, so make sure to talk to him. We can definately recommend this apartment and wish to come back.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

Ruhige Lage, umgeben von Gärten, dennoch zu Fuß schnell bei Hafen, Geschäft, Restaurant. In der Sommerhitze sicher angenehme Temperatur innen aufgrund der dicken Mauern des Hauses und der mit Pflanzen überdachten Terasse. Zum FKK-Strand, der groß und schön gelegen ist, ca 10 min Fußweg. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Natalia war sehr hilfsbereit bei verschiedensten Anliegen und gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder.

Great place—exactly as described! The apartment has one very large bedroom and a second decent-sized room, plus a hallway cupboard for hanging clothes. The living room downstairs is very spacious, and all amenities are provided. The shower was a highlight: roomy, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. The location is a nice balance—about a 20-minute walk to the old town, so you’re close enough to explore but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the busy areas. There aren’t many shops immediately nearby, but there’s a lovely bakery just 2 minutes away with delicious pastries, and two small supermarkets within a 5-minute walk. Only small feedback: the bedroom shutters weren’t blackout, so the room got quite bright in the morning—which might not be ideal for light sleepers (though that’s a personal preference). Overall, a great stay! The hosts were very flexible and even accommodated an early check-in for us. Would definitely recommend.

The flat is big, very nice and has a beautiful patio with an amazing view. Dijana and her sister were incredible. Not only were they there to meet us but they drove to the bank and the grocery store. They are two terrific ladies. The only drawback is that the bus to Dubrovnik does not run on the weekends so you have to uber into town and that can be expensive. If you are looking for peace and quiet and beautiful amenities and surroundings this is it.

Fantastic location and stunning view. The apartment looked newly renovated so everything looked new and clean. Very friendly neighbor who gave us restaurant and wine recommendation. This would not be a place for someone who struggles with stairs.
