This will be one of the most beautiful places in the area. Very peaceful,away from crowd and the waves hitting the rocks in front of you was just blissful. A good restaurant in house with nice food was an icing on the cake. the privacy you get and the serene environment is just to die for. Walking distance to the patnem beach and a few mins drive to Palolem, the place has its own charm. Really worth a visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Goa! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from one of the cleanest and most peaceful beaches I’ve ever seen. It was such a refreshing change to find a beach that wasn’t overcrowded, making it ideal for mornings runs and relaxing sunsets. One unexpected highlight was the bookshelf in the home. The collection of books was so thoughtfully curated. It made for the perfect escape when I wasn’t at the beach. Overall, a serene and cozy stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking to unwind in a tranquil setting with the bonus of a fantastic mini-library!

You should have come to a conclusion by looking at the photos that the views are amazing? yes the view from this property is spectacular, We have stayed in a 2 bhk in June 2025. i would recommend 5/5 this place for anyone who wants to visit. pros: 1. kayaking available at your door step, come out of the room, call the guy next minute, you get your ride 2. the view and the pool. 3. you feel like you visited some mountain village which got a private river beach 4. the drive to palolem beach is amazing from this property 5. super friendly hosts, we travelled with kid and we were in need of some utensisls, rahul arranged it in an hour as the kitchen did not have all the items neccessary cons: r Remote from(4km) main area, you need to plan in advance The Google maps may get confused to reach here, so don't follow blindly

We recently had the pleasure of staying at The Golden Perch’s charming and cozy home, and it was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable until the last day of our stay. Garvit and Sanchita were incredibly friendly and responsive, providing detailed instructions for everything and making sure we had everything we needed. Staying here made us want to live in Goa, specifically in Varca, forever. The Zalor beach is such a gem, and it’s just a stone’s throw away. Undeniably granted our “countryside living” wish, even more than what we had envisioned.
