Imagine peace & quiet, 100 metres from the road up a stone track, no immediate neighbours. (Owner lives onsite in the attic of house, separate entrance). Seating areas around the house offer different beautiful views Morning sunrise, shaded south seating; but sunny in winter! Lunch/ dinner table west facing shaded by old pear tree. Dark starry nights, moonlit or Milky Way, silent or animal sounds! Village life is a 10min meadow walk. In summer a cosy traditional bar/cafe serves home-cooked food.

Inside you will find a double bed, refrigerator, electric moka coffee pot, toaster, microwave, kettle and coffee, snacks, bread for toast, and jams. In the bathroom, shower, sink, and toilet with built-in bidet. To reach the mini-golf, cross the village towards the rocky mountains and twenty meters before arriving on the road that leads to the valley on the left is the mini-golf signpost.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The apartment comprises a kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, single bedroom, and bathroom. The apartment is self-contained and has its own entrance. Smoking and pets are not permitted in the apartment. It is located within the house where we normally live with another family on the upper floors. The common areas (courtyard and stairs) are accessible, but not for exclusive use.
