The cozy and beautiful 2-room apartment can accommodate 1-3 people The location of the apartment is within walking distance of the city center, market square, town hall, castle, Blühendes Barock, fairy tale garden, train station, MHP Arena, forum, film academy, wine bars, bistros, restaurants. In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

Cozy mini apartment (about 18 sqm) in the basement with natural light and private bathroom. Access to the room/bathroom is self-sufficient. Location: Located directly below Solitude Castle, directly by the forest, playground, farm and subway (U6) stop (about 5 min. walk). In about 25 minutes by subway you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easily accessible without a car. Please let us know the approximate time of arrival at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

The apartment has two rooms , bedroom and common room with kitchenette, shower and hallway. The rooms are centrally heated in the shower with underfloor heating. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment, it is located on the ground floor and is one of two residential units. It is centrally located in the center of Remseck district of Aldingen. Bus lines to the residence city of Ludwigsburg or the light rail to Stuttgart can be reached in a few minutes by foot. The apartment does not have a parking space.

Gemütliches Apartment mit Allem was man so braucht. Es gibt eine kleine, gut ausgestattete Küche. Hier findet ihr auch eine Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und einen Eierkocher Das Bett hat die Maße 180x200 und ist selbstverständlich komplett überzogen. Der Balkon hat eine ordentliche Größe und verfügt über eine Glasüberdachung mit Markise, so das ihr im Sommer draußen sitzen könnt. Im Badezimmer findet ihr Dusch-und Handtücher. Und für die Leseratten unter euch ist auch gut gesorgt.

Loft-like attic with 2 sofa beds, 1 S-chair, double bed and workstation. Ludwigsburg city center is easily accessible by car and bus in 10 minutes. Pets/children welcome:)

Bedroom 1: Double bed 1.8 m x 2.0 m. Bedroom 2 3 single beds 0.9 m x 2.0 m. The apartment has a terrace and garden. Parking is available free of charge on the premises for 2 cars.

Duplex apartment in the oldest house in Marbach

The duplex apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a historic and oldest half-timbered house in the city of Marbach. This is only a 5-minute walk from the S-Bahn or bus as well as the old town or a nearby beer garden on the Neckar river bank. Next to the house runs the main road through the town. Due to the low insulation of the half-timbered house, it can be a little more restless on weekdays.
