The cottage is adjacent to the main house and has a fully independent entrance. You can park your vehicle in front of or in the courtyard. Close to the golf course and the racecourse, the cottage, on a wooded area of 6000 m² is located between town and countryside 4km from the historic center of Montauban.

Il est attenant à la maison des propriétaires, mais il bénéficie d'une entrée privée et d'un accès direct au jardin. Idéal pour les amoureux de la randonnée, des sorties nature ou des vieilles pierres. L'espace cuisine est séparé du petit salon. La chambre est en mezzanine et donne sur le salon. Salle d'eau sous la chambre. Attention : le jacuzzi a été supprimé.

Apartment located on the first floor of a private house, private access by an external staircase, I live on the ground floor, the ideal would be short-term rentals. This place has just been air-conditioned for even more comfort in the summer!
