Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Moissac

After being warmly welcomed by Cathy, we discovered a very beautiful and comfortable house. The exterior is beautiful and the environment is very quiet. We had an excellent stay and I recommend everyone to come.

The accommodation offered is an apartment adjoining the house. Marie-Hélène gave us a warm welcome, and the quality of the accommodation far exceeded our expectations. The extra bed in the living room is equipped with a real mattress, which is very nice.

We loved our month in Jamblusse, beautiful little village with a big church bell. The home has everything you need - multiple spaces to hang out, cook, dine, draw, play games etc. Our 2 year old son was in absolute heaven. Beautiful natural pool and lovely wood burner for cooler evenings. We’d highly recommend it for a break away.

The cottage is perfect for relaxing as a family,very warm. We'll be happy to go back.

Great location surrounded by beautiful nature. Dog-friendly, very suitable for hikers, beautiful routes. The cottage was perfect for us with everything on it. The hostess and host respond quickly and are very involved.

We had a wonderful week in this house. You lack nothing, beautiful furniture and very tastefully decorated with attention to nice details. Also outside, ample and comfortable furniture and lighting for when it gets dark. The swimming pool is really fantastic, we have used it from early morning until late evening. The area is very quiet and idyllic. Limogne-en-Quercy is within cycling distance with a good supermarket, bakery and organic shop. Communication with Joffrey and Elsa is excellent, friendly and you get a quick response to questions.

What can I say other than SUPERBE !!!! Falker and Lazhar were the most wonderful hosts. We felt so welcome from the second we arrived and so did our little dog Rubie who quickly made friends with August and Luise. The surrounds were so tranquil and well kept and the pool was amazing during the warm afternoons. Amazing views of Villeneuve Sur Lot from the garden. We were sorry to leave as Falke waved us off and I’m sure we will return when we drive to the U.K. in the future. Thank you Falke and Lazhar with love from Marie and Ian - A bientot xxxx

A haven of peace and greenery, spacious , comfortable and very well equipped. Great views of the countryside, and close to many pretty villages and hiking trails. Sandrine was very welcoming and caring with it, especially with our dog. We recommend it unreservedly.

Sophie's accommodation is very nice and renovated with quality materials. In addition, it is close to the center and shops while allowing you to enjoy a beautiful environment and calm. For a stress-free arrival, Sophie had made available to us: coffee, tea, condiments, etc. It was perfect.

We had an exceptional stay at Gite Castelmac. The hosts Keith and Jeanne offer an entirely equipped appartment, tastefully decorated, including extremely comfortable fresh bed linnens. The shared garden and pool are stunning and accessible at all times, even for a dip late at night! A big plus is the location of the gite: situated right at the edge of the village, you are at walking distance to cafes and restaurants. Keith and Jeanne are graceous and generous hosts with great advice on visits and activities in the region. We highly recommend staying here!

We had a very pleasant time with my partner, the place and the amenities transport you directly into a romantic atmosphere. We found the bedding a little "soft" but it's a purely subjective opinion (I'm a 100kg bodybuilder ^^). Great apartment in a beautiful village right in the heart of it all. The apartment was not the easiest to find but great written instructions prior to arrival by host, Birdie saved the day. Thank you for an excellent stay.

This is perhaps the best Airbnb I've ever stayed at. The host was so welcoming and friendly. We arrived hungry and tired and Stéphanie was so helpful -- she even made us reservations at a restaurant while we got settled in. The apartment was super clean and beautifully decorated. It is such a cheerful and inviting space. The kitchen was perfect for making our meals and we enjoyed just hanging out in the apartment. The apartment is central to everything--the supermarket (Carrefour), the spectacular local market (W/Sat), and lots of bakeries and shops. We had a rental car and found ample free parking within a five minute walk. Cahors is a splendid city. If you are thinking of visiting this region of France, make sure to spend time here. Wandering the city streets was a wonder in and of itself and the townspeople are warm and patient.

What more can I say about the accommodation? Everything was said. Except that Christophe is responsive and very accommodating, especially to compensate for small unforeseen events :-). Thank you!

A second stay as pleasant as the first. Xavier is welcoming, very responsive and available. The garden with the pool, barbecue and plancha is a haven of peace and makes you not want to leave.

Beautiful house nestled in a pretty natural area. The whole place is friendly, spacious, and functional, while being particularly suitable for large groups (there were 12 of us). The house has lots of charm, and there is a peaceful mood. The pool is large and can accommodate a lot of people!

A night that went well. Easy check-in thanks to the key box, responsive hosts by message. The house was functional, peaceful setting in the middle of the countryside, 10 minutes from the Domaine de Gaillardoux where we had a wedding. Thanks, I recommend it

Gite des Reves was a fabuous find. It is in an idillic spot right on top of the Lot with dramatic views of the surrounding cliffs. Melody & David have created a small haven - so peaceful - we immediately fellt relaxed & at home as soon as we checked in. The owners are on sight but we stll felt we had privacy with our own terrace & use of the lovely salt water swimming pool. The hosts could not have been more friendly & welcoming & it was lovely chatting over the terrace gate - we had some great recommendations of things to do in the local area. Best of all our dog Mabel had a great time given the run of the grounds & she made great friends with Blanco - a real holiday romance! Thanks Melody & David for such a lovely week in the Lot!

An Incredible Stay with the Most Amazing Outdoor Space We had a wonderful time at Géraldine and Stéphane’s Airbnb! The highlight was the stunning outdoor area—easily one of the best we've experienced. The pool and jacuzzi were spotless, well-maintained, and perfectly placed to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Whether soaking in the hot tub under the stars or relaxing by the pool during the day, it felt like a true escape. The house was comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed—cutlery, pans, and all the right appliances. There were plenty of lovely seating areas, and we especially loved the patio that opened directly from both upstairs bedrooms—perfect for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine. While the home is in a quiet spot, charming towns and great restaurants are just a short drive away. Géraldine and Stéphane were fantastic hosts—welcoming and thoughtful. We left completely relaxed and would love to return!

Our family of four (2 kids, ages 12 and 17) had a wonderful time at the villa. Jeanne, who speaks English, was on-site and very helpful since we don't speak French. The villa is perfectly designed for a family, with each of the 3 rooms having its own bathroom and enough separation for privacy. All rooms open to a spacious kitchen/living room, which leads out to the patio and pool. There were some non-aggressive wasps near the pool, but they didn’t bother us. However, families with small children might want to be aware. The internet was fast and stable—no complaints from our teens! The location is rural, so you’ll need transportation. Basic shopping is 5-10 minutes away, and the nearest supermarket is a 20-minute drive. Make sure to book local restaurants in advance. The surrounding nature is stunning, and there’s a nearby lake with sports and activities for kids, just 300 meters away. It's truly a getaway, and we highly recommend it for a stress-free vacation.

How can I not be delighted with Hélène's accommodation? Everything was perfect: the house is even more beautiful and impressive than in the photos, the place lends itself perfectly to reunions with great spaces very well thought out to share together while each has its privacy and it's not to mention the outside that is simply thought out to enjoy: impeccable petanque court, very pleasant pool and perfect furniture for a large number of people! We'll be back with great pleasure!
