Ubytovanie sa nachádza na sídlisku Terasa, priamo oproti novej nemocnici. Výhodou je rýchla dostupnosť do centra mesta, cca 10 minut pešo. Univerzity ako UPJŠ, TUKE, lekárska fakulta tiež v pešej dostupnosti, ako aj nákupné centrá Galéria a Cassovar. Autobusová zastávka je priamo pred ubytovaním a cca 2 minuty pešo je električkova zastávka. Pred apartmánom nájdete bezplatné parkovanie. Apartmán je po čerstvej rekonštrukcii. Čisté osušky a posteľná bielizeň sú samozrejmosťou.

Peši sa viete dopraviť aj do botanickej záhrady, na chatu Červený breh s výhľadom na mesto, parku Anicka, ci vyjsť na kopec Hresnu s možnosťou jazdy na koňoch. 29kou sa dostanete do ZOO s bobovu dráhou. 5 min peši od bloku viete prísť do obľúbeného podniku Tabačka a o zastavku ďalej do kina Úsmev s barom, priamo v centre.
