Close to Hampton Court our bright, airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access & private, secluded garden Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous child but at your own risk!! Modern bathroom, We also provide a microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, plus milk, tea and coffee. Plenty of on street parking available

A wonderful stay in East Molesey just across the Thames from Hampton Court Palace and steps away from great pubs, restaurants and shops. Very conveniently located a short 5 minute walk to Hampton Court station made it easy to get to London. Very well appointed, private and clean apartment with room for all 4 of us (two adults and two teen girls). Bright and spacious with a wonderful kitchen and living room space, with everything one needs (including coffee and breakfast items!). Andy was very easy to communicate with, accommodating and flexible. Our stay was very pleasant and we hope to stay again when we return. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing! I stayed here with my husband, baby, and in laws. It was a perfect base for us as we visited friends in the area and in the country. We went to London twice easily by train. Could have gone more but loved hanging out nearby. Alice is an amazing host, she made it incredibly easy for us by providing some essentials for our baby. We had a car for most of the trip but also used buses. The best thing about the home is the location. Tucked away next to an old church and cemetery. We loved walking our baby to the park everyday and felt like locals. There’s a small village around the corner for anything you might need. We went to the French bakery Alice recommended almost every day. The AC was also a lifesaver during the heatwave. I think this is the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. It far exceeded my expectations and I’m so grateful to Alice for her hospitality and kindness. Highly recommend this home and host. Shes the best. ❤️

My stay at Mark's home was a bit unconventional as we were filming a student film there, but we still felt no shortage of hospitality and as though the place was our own for those few days. Truly, nothing can replicate the incredible feeling of looking over the river from any number of spaces throughout the property. It was beautiful and pristine and we felt so grateful to experience it. Myself and others in the crew will be competing with availability on the calendar to book it again and properly enjoy it for a vacation soon! Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a cozy break from London's city center. Mark was the most incredible host, warm, open, communicative and hospitable from the moment we booked until after we checked out. Thank you for everything and can't wait to come back!

We had a great stay at Tishy’s place. She is such a wonderful lovely person. She always responds whenever needed with thorough answers. The house is just beautiful, truly beautiful, and has basically everything in it. Tishy left us a hamper with essentials in it. It’s like 5 stars hospitality really. Extremely clean. I didn’t need to buy anything for my stay, apart from my own food. The area is beautiful and just 5 minutes walk from the river and Hurst Park. It’s 2 minutes drive to Hampton court, and just 15 minutes to Kingston. We really enjoyed staying at Tishy’s. Thank you!
