La Fortezza is a villa surrounded by greenery and the absolute quiet of its private park, among centuries-old olive trees, a grove of oaks and an orchard. It is located on a hill, just 6 km from the crystal clear sea of Polignano a Mare (BLUE FLAG SINCE 2008 and 5 LEGAMBIENTE SAILS) with its wonderful sea caves to discover by boat. The villa is made exclusively of stone, wood and glass, on two levels, and is characterized by the presence of one hectare of park, a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, and a solarium. Inside the park, to stay in perfect shape during your vacation at La Fortezza, a fully equipped gym is available to guests (free of charge) with an elliptical, bench and dumbbells, punching bag and gloves, and total body workout equipment. The wood-burning oven and barbecue are available for guests to prepare and enjoy pizzas, focaccias and outdoor grills. The panoramic terrace, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the expanse of olive trees, white farms, sky and sea, is about 40 square meters and is furnished with a large dining table in the shade of three holm oaks that "emerge" from the garden below: the wooden floor was built respecting the presence of the trees through the creation of the slots in correspondence with the trunks. Inside the park of La Fortezza you will find flowers and scents and many corners of paradise: rock seats where you can sit to read a book or listen to music, wooden sunbeds to sunbathe and enjoy the sunset breeze. You can pick seasonal fruits directly from the trees to enjoy their fantastic flavor. In the orchard, two rows of lavender to perfume your wardrobes in the city! The park is completely fenced with an electric gate, alarm system and private security service.

A charming villa with a swimming pool, surrounded by centuries-old greenery, located less than 10 minutes from Bari Karol-Wojtyla International Airport and 1 km from Santo Spirito Station. Great location for visiting the surrounding area. The apartment located in the villa offers two double bedrooms, two sofa beds and two bathrooms, one of which is suitable for the disabled. Outside, a charming citrus grove leads to the pool area, equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, table and chairs.

The villa is located in a quiet and serene countryside area 15 minutes from the Apulian capital and 20 minutes from the sea. You'll love my place for these reasons: the atmosphere, the outdoor spaces and the location. My apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets). N.B: The swimming pool can be used from June to September. In the villa, there is a couple of caretakers and my parents in different apartments

La dimora ospita piacevolemente fino a 5 persone grazie all'ampio spazio interno ed esterno. Il giardino è allestito per trascorrere piacevoli giornate all'aperto o momenti di romanticismo e relax con jacuzzi esterna.

On the large balcony facing the sea, you can have breakfast watching the sunrise before taking a pleasant walk in the cool streets of the old town or a nice dip in the sea. Its location is enviable at the entrance to the old town on the line of the old walls.

Used as a watchtower and astronomical observatory, the residence is enriched by a one-of-a-kind and extraordinarily beautiful stone spiral staircase. The fruits of a small organic vegetable garden and orchard are available to guests depending on the current season.
