Relax in this peaceful place, close to everything that can be experienced in the High Coast area. The house is located high, surrounded by pine forest and berries (season) .Outside the door you can reach walking paths, viewpoints and fireplaces for excursions. Within walking distance you have canoe rental and a homestead with café. Nearby there are also lakes for swimming and fishing, restaurant Strutsfarmen, Fjällräven Outlet and Friluftcentral. It takes you 7 minutes to get to the city by car.

Meddela om ni behöver sängkläder. Utrustad med kyl/frys, micro, spis, ugn, kaffebryggare, TV m.m. WiFi och parkering finns. Motorvärmare mot avgift. Ej djur eller rökning. Welcome. This cottage built in 1894 has been carefully renovated to a cosy guesthouse on 30m2 for 5 people. A cottage with the comfort of modern people of today but still with the atmosphere of back in the old days. This is tho cottage for you if you like to visit a traditional Swedish house, and like a place to relax. But here is also many possibilities for activities. Denna nybyggda stuga/hus ligger ca 8 km utanför Övik. Du bor 800 meter från Idbyns havsbad, närhet till två golfbanor och Skeppsmalens Fikseläge ligger bara 15 kilometer ut, med sina vackra klipphällar och sin fyr. Närmaste restaurang ligger ca 5 km från boendet och närmaste matvarubutik (COOP och ICA Kvantum) ca 7 km bort. Arnäsleden med fina möjligheter till vandring passerar bara några hundra meter från huset. Inne i Örnsköldsvik finns också det välkända äventyrsbadet Pardiset.

Sea front house in the heart of the High Coast

Welcome to the peaceful and calm little gem where you can enjoy the beauty of the nature. The house has fantastic views of the sea. Start each morning with a hike on the High Coast trail and finish off with a BBQ and a dip in the sea at the private rocky beach or at the sandy beach (5 min walk). Stugan ligger 13km söder om Örnsköldsvik nära Höga Kustenleden, badstrand och havet. Sängkläder, handduk och städning ingår i priset. Fri parkering i anslutning till stugan Adress : Björsby 117(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Bjästa Under vintertid finns en igloo ( om vädret tillåter ), om man vill prova på att sova i den går det bra. Meddela om intresse finns.

”Holken” vid sjön

Koppla av i detta fridfulla och mysiga boende vid sjön. Stugan är lämplig för två vuxna och 1-2 barn som kan sova på loftet. Tillgång till bad, brygga, roddbåt och grillplats. Flotte med el-motor, bastu och badtunna kan nyttjas enligt överenskommelse och mot separat kostnad. 9 km till Örnsköldsviks centrum, 4 km till matbutik, pizzeria, loppis m.m.
