Centrally located, many eateries and close to old quarter. The apartment is just brilliant; it has everything and consumables like food and bathroom supplies, more than generous. Parking is cheap and the lack of any odours (smoking) is most inducing for a pleasant stay.

Iamartino Apartment is located in a beautifully renovated old town house in Borgo Antico. The location in Piazza Duomo is just great and the balcony has a wonderful view of the square and the church. The apartment is on steep stairs on two levels. The furnishings are thoughtful, the amenities new and functional, everything picobello, also the bed is super comfortable. Host Marco does his job very well. So: A small, fine stay in the heart of Termoli. We felt comfortable. Grazie!

We originally wanted to stay in Campobasso but could not find an accommodation that suited us. We found this place and were very pleasantly surprised. An easy 20 minute drive to Campobasso and access to many other towns in the area. Beyond that, Maria and her father are wonderful hosts. We had everything we needed to explore the area. We stayed 2 nights with our dog and were very comfortable.

Excellent experience, the hosts were very helpful and responsive despite the booking made a few hours before and despite the arrival in the late evening they waited for us with patience and kindness and were available for anything. The accommodation is located in a quiet and peaceful complex 10 minutes by car from everything that distinguishes the city, an excellent choice for those who want to go there on vacation but avoid the chaos of the city center. Beautiful area, not far from Barrea and Roccaraso, which were the destinations of our trip. The house is in a panoramic position and you can see that it is a well-kept and clean environment.

The property is newly built and located in a small gated community outside of Termoli. Despite the proximity to the road, the accommodation is very quiet. The location is just 2 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. However, you should drive or bike as there is no footpath and you have to walk on the road. The furnishings are tasteful, functional and well-equipped. Highlight is the fully fenced garden with two beautiful terraces, lawn and ambient lighting. The hot tub complements the ambiance. Ideal for a family with kids or dog owners. A locked and illuminated parking space right in front of the door creates security. The communication with Giuseppe is fast and good in Italian. In case of problems, he will take care of it immediately and quickly find a solution. We highly recommend the place. It is nothing to fault it!

Well-maintained and very cozy house. We had a very good time with the owner of the accommodation, very helpful and kind. I highly recommend if you want to live a relaxing and peaceful experience surrounded by greenery and excellent location as it is just a few minutes from the ski resorts.

Beautiful, bright, large and comfortable house. Even outside large spaces. We felt at home with all the comforts. In each room there is a television, beyond the large bedrooms also the shared spaces such as kitchen (huge), living room and veranda.
