The apartment is great, very clean, nice and functional, very modern, the elevator is very helpful when transporting luggage. In the room, apart from the kettle and iron, there was everything you needed. Free parking. Very nice and quiet place, close to the beach which is not crowded with tourists but we have a quiet free beach where only Italians stay, and it is great because there is no such international clutter only clean and calm. Beautiful sandy beach. The only downside, but maybe it's not a downside is that few people speak English, but we have a completely Italian vibe. In the apartment, what was not in the advertisement, there was also the Internet :) this is a big plus. Air conditioning in all rooms. Quick reaction to problems. If someone is looking for a very comfortable and inexpensive apartment to spend a holiday in total peace and in a totally Italian atmosphere, this place is worth recommending.

We had a great time at Rosa's apartment. She greeted us with a smile and is lovely. The apartment is very well ventilated so air conditioning is not necessary, and it is very well equipped. A big thank you, there are still beautiful people. See you soon!!!

This is truly a beautiful unit to rent. It’s brand new, extremely clean, no clutter with excellent water pressure &plenty of hot water that never ran out. We had all the necessary dishware, glassware and cookware one would need to eat in. It’s located across the street from the beach with a nice sized terrace with a fantastic sea view, a very walkable pedestrian path and bike path. It’s approx 1.2kms to get to all the local restaurants hot spots and boutiques. We enjoyed very leisurely strolls to and from dinner. Did not use our rental car at all during stay. The unit checks most if not all the boxes one looks for when searching for a play to stay.

Catia's apartment is Giuseppe is located in a quiet area 500 meters from the train station and 400 meters from the promenade and the center. In front there is a supermarket. The apartment is on the ground floor, new, very clean, with a kitchen, washing machine, and TV in the bedroom and in the kitchen. It is furnished in a modern style. I recommend it.

Comfortable stay the last week of August. The apartment, despite being in a dated and poorly cared for condominium, has been renovated in a modern and impeccable way. Everything matches the photos and description. The shops around, although of different types, we found them poorly stocked and some unavailable merchants. Micol and Moira were really super, cute and attentive.

Marisa's location is a delightful little apartment overlooking the square of the Duomo del Borgo vecchio di Termoli. The apartment is perfect for two people for both short and long stays. Tidy, super clean, equipped with everything. Marisa is an excellent host, responsive and ready to respond to every need.

For those looking for peace and relaxation, this apartment is perfect. The images don't do it at all. The apartment is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood on the first floor. From the balcony you have a beautiful view of palm trees and the sea. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay, we didn't miss anything. The beach is really just a few walk away. During our time here we often had it to ourselves and there it is perfect for relaxing. Our children were thrilled to have so much space to play. Carmine and Maria were the best hosts we've had so far. They were always very friendly and attentive. We fell in love with the area and will definitely be back! Thanks Carmine and Maria!

This is my family's third time,as always we had a great time. House found clean, Gianni is always available, beach 2 steps away with shallow water ideal for children, Termoli 5 minutes by car.

Place was great. Super close to the beach is stunning old town Termoli. Angelo was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again

Excellent location, at the beginning of the main street of the town, so very central. 5 minutes from everything, the historic center, clubs, nightlife, port, and train station, you don't need a car. Very nice apartment, bright, ground floor on a quiet alley, with all the comforts provided in the listing. If I return to Termoli, I will gladly stay with Mrs. Maria, a helpful, kind and local person, who will be able to give you all the information you may need.

Antony and his family are friendly hosts and attentive to guests' needs. They provided everything they needed and were attentive to our requests. The only flaw is the broken oven due to a failure that had not been previously verified and having taken the apartment for Christmas dinners and lunches was an inconvenience; however, it was resolved with the use of the fireplace as a grill.

I would have love to have internet service

We were greeted by Cosimo and Maria who made us feel at home. The place is quiet, the sea is beautiful and the pool is super clean. The apartment has all the comforts. We will definitely be back

Clean apartment, large nice balcony with nice view. Easy parking, comfortable beds as usual in rental apartments, a little spartanly equipped. Wifi did not work, but we did not point this out as 4G worked well. Overall, a good place.

The house is located in a quiet area, facing the sea. The only "mole" is the absence, nearby, of a mime market or a grocery store. The property is equipped with all the comforts, it is clean and modern, the mattresses are very comfortable. Luigi is always attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The vacation lived in Termoli at Corrado's place was excellent. The house matches the description, it is spacious, clean and tidy , equipped with the right equipment for a comfortable stay. Despite being in the center, it is very quiet and quiet. Maura and Corrado are very helpful and attentive, ready to give directions and advice. Termoli is a town that offers many pleasant surprises. I definitely recommend a Termoli vacation at Corrado's place in the "Settimo cielo".

The apartment is very clean and spacious, with a really nice and comfortable terrace. It is located in a quiet area but with many restaurants and supermarkets nearby, in addition to the beautiful beaches within walking distance! Very useful private parking.

Very nice and clean as the pictures indicate. Giulia was very friendly and forthcoming. Her place is well located, in front of the sea and next to the old walkable city.

We stayed in Marco's apartment for a week. Very spacious apartment, very clean and in a great location ,very close to the beach, both free and equipped with San Salvo, restaurants and shops in the immediate vicinity. Everything is perfect...highly recommended.

My husband and I stayed for the night. Everything went great, at first we were a little skeptical about the sofa bed, but we had to go back: it was very comfortable. We were also able to use the washing machine without any problems. The kitchen really has everything you need as described and we were able to have a coffee for breakfast. The only downside is perhaps the absence of Wi-Fi. In our case, it didn't make any difference, but maybe it could be a disadvantage for future guests.
