A peaceful oasis 15 minutes from Buis-les-Baronnies and Vaison-la-Romaine, 30 minutes from Mont Ventoux. From the terrace, you can hear the gentle sound of the river, a 5-minute walk from the cottage where you can go to cool off. Calm and serenity are guaranteed in this fully renovated gîte. A unique place for nature lovers!

It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Our cottage is located in an independent space attached to an old farm, amid vineyards and fields. You will enjoy a fully renovated cottage with a large bedroom with a double bed, kitchen and bathroom. There is also an outdoor terrace overlooking the vineyards and a large garden. Everything is very quiet and the amenities are in the village 1 km away. The cottage is a great place to start for all sports activities and an ideal place to rest.
