I enjoyed my stay would definitely book again .

This place felt right at home. the host Brite & co-host Greg were very responsive and accommodating. the place is very private & equipped with everything you need. Looks exactly as pictured. There is a lovely breeze that blows through when the house is open (windows + sliding door). The rooftop is an additional bonus, it is very relaxing sitting off in the evening. Thank you Brite for making my special day memorable with the comfort of your Airbnb & Thank you Greg for adding the additional special touches to the place for our check-in because of our special day :)! We greatly appreciated it and really enjoyed our stay.

9/10 Great place👍🏾. Easy check in and out. The apartment was very clean, quiet up to date modern, and nice. Only wish we could’ve had access to the washer & dryer. The pool is cleaned daily, love that. The onsite parking is wonderful it’s assigned to you upon checking in. The big question for Jamaican Airbnb travelers, did the air conditioners work? Yes! There are 2 one in the bedroom and common area, which is the rest of the apartment. Overall it was perfect.

The hosts were very responsive, friendly and welcoming. I messaged last minute to do an early check out and not only did Cianna respond immediately but Ms. Folks was outside waiting on us. Very accommodating, bedroom and bathroom was very clean and again host were very helpful!

From start to finish the communication between us and Oshane and Maliya has been above and beyond, especially given the time difference before arrival too. The host lives within minutes away from the property l, which was an added benefit to sort any teething problems like navigating the television/cable etc The apartment is situated in a fantastic area close to amenities, such as restaurants, supermarkets and shopping malls. We would definitely stay there again and strongly recommend this place as the perfect location to stay in Kingston. Definite value for money and hosts 100/100.

I had an amazing experience at Ian’s Airbnb! The space was exactly as described. Clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Ian was outstanding. Friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable, offering great local recommendations and being available for anything I needed without being intrusive. He responded to my message swiftly. The location was perfect—safe, quiet, and conveniently close to shops, restaurants, or attractions. I couldn’t have asked for a better place or a better host. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Staying at this Airbnb in Jamaica was an absolute dream! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The space was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of. The host was warm, welcoming, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings and island breeze made each day feel special. Where do I start? From the moment I entered the home, I felt at peace. It was clean, spacious, and inviting. I had a few minor issues with the tv, but within minutes, the neighbor was over to fix it. Our stay at the AirBnB was fantastic. Michael was helpful from the moment we booked till the day we left. Initially we planned to stay only two nights but he accommodated another night. The house was clean and as the description said, it was indeed cozy. It was perfect for a weekend getaway for my partner and I to reconnect after some time apart. Instructions to get to the house within the gated community were also clear and precise. There is not one thing I could say to complain about our stay at the house. We were pleasantly surprised by the little tokens like drinks and snacks which did come in handy at some point. The house was fully equipped with whatever we could need as well as decorated beautifully. I would highly recommend staying here, if possible we would definitely return. This is my 2nd stay and this stay was just as wonder as the last.

The host & co-host are responsive and incredibly helpful, making the experience smooth from start to finish. The home is perfect for a large family getaway (we were a family of 7) or just a relaxing escape. It’s beautifully detailed, spacious, tranquil, and thoughtfully designed with a calming vibe throughout. The views are stunning both day and night, adding something special to your stay. As mentioned, the roads are Jamaican roads—but that’s all part of the experience. We felt very safe, as several safety measures are clearly in place. The home was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen had basic cookware and utensils, which made it easy to prepare meals, though you’ll bring your own food as expected with most Airbnbs. The amenities provided made the stay feel comfortable, WiFi was available throughout the property. The location was peaceful and private. Check-in was smooth with clear instructions. I highly recommend this home and would stay again!

Kevon is an amazing host with an amazing property. He is very responsive and knowledgeable. The listing looks better in person than on the site. With popular dining options close by you can’t go hungry. We had trouble with finding the listing, due to a google maps issue, and we’re not given immediate access to the apartment, due to an untrained security guard. However, Kevon guided us through every possible issue. I would definitely recommend this host and amazing property!

Wonderful stay - came with family and met with family in Kingston. Was very close to Devon House and Bob Marley Museum. Lots of shops within walking distance. Wonderful views from the apartment and pool deck. Would definitely stay again. John is very kind and responded in timely manner to any questions. Very grateful to have experienced staying here as I felt very safe and comfortable with my family. Thank you. Washer & dryer worked perfectly, showers were great, AC was nice and cool, beds super comfortable, TV had lots of options. Place looked same as pictures. 10/10

I always enjoy my stay here, Stephen and Norene are very exceptional hosts, the place is very clean cosy and has everything you will ever need they always provide snacks and refreshments for your enjoyment. This will always be my go to place whenever I visit Jamaica. I highly recommend Stephen place if you want an enjoyable experience

A Hidden Gem! Staying at David’s place was absolutely amazing and truly breathtaking. The surroundings were picture perfect .. the ideal getaway if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The property is nestled in nature with a private river nearby, which was such a peaceful and refreshing treat. We had the entire place to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. David and his partner were exceptional hosts, so warm, friendly, and attentive. They catered to our every need and made sure we were completely comfortable throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly went above and beyond. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat, and I’m already planning my next trip back. Don’t hesitate – book it!

My sister and I truly enjoyed our stay at this “Gem” of an apartment in Kingston. Honestly, the home exceeded our expectations and looked exactly as the pictures demonstrated. The apartment is private and secured. Highly recommended and I will likely stay at this apartment again 🙂

I don’t know where to start but Nicolas place is everything and more. Great apartment, very nice and spacious. Outside pool area is beautiful as well with great views. If in the Kingston Jamaica area great place to book period. Great host too.
