Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Mona Vale

You want to stay here. The Sandstone Cottage has an exceptional view and an ideal location. The dwelling is well maintained, very clean and perfectly serviced. Being able to use the provided water toys and kayaks was a bonus for our kids. We found the Sandstone Cottage to be comfortable because of how familiar everything was to us, and convenient because of how the space was so sensibly laid out. There is beauty inside and outside of this house. It rocks.

Well designed space with thoughtful details. Tranquil outlook to a manicured private garden, making this home feel far larger than it is. Full kitchen with great amenities, ideal for cooking meals at "home". Quiet and offers a real sense of privacy even though it is on the owner's property. Well located; 2 mins drive to Mona Vale shops, supermarkets and cafes. Gorgeous walking trails nearby. We'd love to return next time we visit the Northern beaches.

The Glasshouse is a amazing place to getaway and have peace and quiet. 45 minutes from Sydney. 10 minutes by boat to the marina for morning coffee. I have stayed all round the World in Air BnB's and George is the best host ever, Patrick and Liam are your contacts on the river and live locally, nothing is ever a problem. Highly recommended.

Incredible spot. We watched the dolphins leaping from the waves and couldn't have asked for more. We'll be back in whale season! Great setup. Highly recommended. Richard and Beck were great hosts. Really responsive and helpful. Avalon town is a great spot too. Lots of good places to eat and get coffee. minor notes: the path down to the rockpools is a little more advanced than anticipated. We turned back with our three year old. if you're napping kids in the middle of the day the blinds don't block much light coming in.

We found Helgas home to be exactly what we wanted, warm, clean and homely. Helga was a lovely host who always ensured we were ok and our doggo and ourselves would stay here again when visiting Pearl Beach. Thank you Helga!

Homely , quiet , well located accommodation. Good set up if you like to cook . Great laundry facilities . Great for family .

Evelyns space was nice and quiet with spectacular views of Pittwater Bay. My family had an absolutely lovely stay. Evelyn is very helpful and quick to respond to anything guests may need. Apartment is in great location, walking distance to town and beaches.

We had a relaxing weekend getaway and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Siro, the host, was incredibly friendly and responsive, making our check-in and overall experience smooth and stress-free. The property offers an unblocked beachfront view, providing a peaceful and private setting in a quiet neighbourhood. There’s free street parking space just right below the house, and the house is situated on the high side, giving it an elevated feel. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly — it made our trip even more enjoyable! The house was immaculate, with a spotless living room and bathroom. Thoughtful touches like complimentary towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and even sunscreen were provided. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a gas cooktop and all the necessary cookware and utensils, meant we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Tastefully decorated, peaceful private location. Fiona knocked on the door to check we were all good, subsequent messages to ensure settled, partner Tim even alerted our son his car window had been left open the night prior (rain). Not large but worked very well for 4 adults a 2 1/2 yo and 3 month old. Beautiful neighbourhood. Fiona was a fabulous host

We stayed for a weekend (2 nights) and had the most wonderful time. The views were absolutely stunning, so serene and peaceful, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine on the balcony. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of, from the beautiful amenities to the little touches like beach bags and umbrellas, which made our stay so easy and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing escape!

Really good place to stay, close to the beach, coffee and restaurants

We had a delightful stay - the comfortable apartment was centrally located within easy walk to transport, local attractions and dining spots. Appreciated the cereal breakfast, comfortable stretcher for added bedding and the kitchen which was well equipped. Jo and Brian provided useful information and responded quickly to our queries - thanks for sharing your beautiful space.

It was just what we needed for the weekend. Lovely peaceful view into the trees from the balcony. The descriptions were very accurate and instructions were clear. It’s a small space but good value for the location. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful few days at Penny's apartment. It is comfortable and well equipped with a lovely leafy outlook. The central location is fantastic and so convenient with the cafes, restaurants and shops of Avalon all within easy walking distance. Check in was very easy and Penny is a wonderful host.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

What a pleasure it was to stay in this spacious, comfortable and well equipped home. Emily provides everything you need right down to umbrellas. The beautiful views over Whale Beach added a fabulous touch to this perfect airbnb. Emily and David were quick to respond, always helpful, and throughout my 10 day stay ensured that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I would highly recommend staying here if you are in the Northern Beaches.

This little apartment is in a perfect location to walk all things Double Bay. It is neat, tidy & very very comfortable.

Di’s place was everything I was looking for during my 5 night stay. It was nice that it came pre-stocked with some basics (coffee pods, tea bags and instant oatmeal) if you arrived without groceries (like me). It also comes with any necessary cleaning supplies for longer stays (dish detergent, clothes detergent , bathroom etc.). I felt safe in the building. A key fob is required to enter building and access your specific floor. Motion sensor lighting greets you upon exiting the elevator. Location was perfect, 1.5 blocks from Museum train station (direct trains to airport) and multiple bus lines. Nearby Hyde park was lovely to walk through and the Hyde Park Barracks at the opposite end is a must see museum to learn about the settlement of Sydney. Easy to walk to Chinatown and the Paddy Market (great for souvenirs) as well as the botanical gardens, the Opera House or Darling Harbor and the Maritime Museum. Coles (open until midnight) and an IGA are within 2-3 blocks.

Great compact apartment in Potts Point, in a very central area. Close to shops, cafes, public transport and restaurants. Immaculately clean and comfortable. Everything’s was as displayed in the listing.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
