La splendida cornice di questo luogo romantico immerso nella natura ti lascerà a bocca aperta. Minicasa su due livelli. Il piano superiore ha un'altezza max di 1,73 m ed una minima di 1,20 m. Si accede da una scaletta ripida pertanto è sconsigliata a che ha problemi di mobilità. La piscina di cui in foto non è di esclusiva pertinenza al monolocale, ma in condivisione con un altro monolocale della struttura e inoltre sarà usufruibile dal 15 Maggio al 15 Ottobre.

We had a great time. It is a beautiful villa and is very well kept. The host was very responsive throughout. She also had some goodies for us upon arrival and did provide great local recommendations. I wish we could stay longer. The best Airbnb we have ever stayed.

This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfectly set up for guests - clean, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The highlight is definitely the balcony, from there you have a stunning view of Catania and Etna. The location is ideal for exploring the region, with Taormina, Noto, Syracuse, Ragusa all within easy reach (1 to 1.5h drive, a car is a must!). The host was incredibly friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and communication was very easy. If you want to visit the south and/or east of Sicily, this is definitely a top place to stay!

Wir waren fünf Tage in diesem schönen Haus. Für 6 Personen in drei Schlafzimmern war es ideal. Der Tennisplatz hat uns gefallen und auch der große Pool war schon offen und ausreichend warm. Die Orangenbäume sind der Hit um diese Jahreszeit. Als Ausgangspunkt für Syrakus und die Naturparks, kann man die Villa nur empfehlen.

Simonetta delivered everything she promised and more. The apartment was extremely comfortable, clean quiet and spacious. We like to cook as well as trying restaurants. Everything we needed was there. On arrival we immediately knew we’d made a great choice. A nice touch were “disposable “ slippers and quality towelling robes. Going out was a great experience, the market was practically next door selling fresh fish, meat, fruit, herbs etc. We will come again!

**Eine Traumvilla im Herzen Siziliens!** Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Adria bei Floridia war einfach fantastisch! Die Villa liegt idyllisch inmitten eines weitläufigen Zitronen- und Olivenhains, was für absolute Ruhe und Entspannung sorgt. Man fühlt sich wie in einer Oase der Natur, fernab von jeglichem Trubel. Der Pool ist ein absolutes Highlight – großzügig, sehr gepflegt und mit Blick auf die traumhafte Umgebung. Wir haben dort viele Stunden verbracht, einfach nur die Sonne genossen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Wir können die Villa Adria uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Ein perfekter Ort, um Sizilien zu genießen und die Schönheit der Insel in vollen Zügen zu erleben. Vielen Dank, Salvatore, für diese unvergessliche Zeit!
