First floor with large hall, dining room, full bathroom and 4 bedrooms with built-in closets and fans in all of them. Three bedrooms with a 150 cm bed and one with 1 bunk bed and 1 90 cm bed. ONLY one of the rooms has air conditioning. Located in the Alteró de Mompoi (Picassent) development. SWIMMING POOL OPEN FROM MAY TO OCTOBER.

30 mins from Valencia, beach & MotoGP track. Very spacious home set in 1 acre of shady gardens. Large, private pool, huge terrace, ample storage for bikes/motorbikes. Possibility of extra bdrm/bth adapted for wheelchairs. You will have exclusive access to all the main floor of the house, while I live in a separate flat in the basement. I will respect your privacy at all times, but will look after the garden & clean the pool during your stay. I am also available 24hrs to help with any problems.
