Fully-equipped lower level of villa

This is a brand new sparking clean apartment in a small village and is exactly like the photos. We had difficulty locating the house using Google maps. Our host has no English so it took sometime to sort out where to go. There are free range hens on the property so you need to watch where you walk. We had the swimming pool at our disposal but opted to visit the beach at Lumio instead. Also there were limited essentials provided. No cooking oil, soap or capsules for the washing machine. You must visit the bakery up in the village to sample the delicious biscuits and call into the restaurant opposite the church. Very friendly people at both places. I would highly recommend staying there.

We were very satisfied with this accommodation in an ancient, idyllic village – a real Corsican experience! The house is charming, quiet and offers a fantastic view of the mountains and the valley. The top bedroom with a small loggia and a traditional high window with shutters was particularly enchanting - from there you have a breathtaking view. The kitchen and rooms are well equipped, the air conditioning works perfectly - a big plus in this climate! Everything was clean, bed linen and towels were provided. The handover and departure were cordial and uncomplicated. We enjoyed the silence and authenticity very much and can recommend the house to all who want to experience Corsica originally. Thank you Phillippe and best wishes to your mother-in-law!

Superb accommodation of impeccable cleanliness, tastefully decorated and very well equipped, close to Calvi airport without having the slightest inconvenience. What can I say about the sumptuous landscape... It's a feast for the eyes! Very pleasant communication with a text message filled with good advice, a lovely welcome and adapted to our early arrival time (thanks also for the small gourmet and thirst-quenching touches!) and ease of departure formalities. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks for everything!

We enjoyed our stay at Kathrin's apartment incredibly. The check-in was very flexible and so we were even able to get into the apartment a little earlier. The apartment has a great location with beautiful views of Calvi and the mountains. You won't be bothered by the nearby airport at all. It only takes off and land planes every few hours anyway, but you can hardly hear them. The apartment was perfect for our trip with baby and dog as it is quiet and has a large, fenced property. In the apartment, everything is very modernly furnished and super well maintained. The communication was proactive and always helpful, we even got spontaneous support from the gardener to install the awning. The absolute highlight is the associated pool house with infinity pool. The garden is very well maintained and beautiful. We'd love to come back to Kathrin's apartment.
