The large size of your bedding (1* 180 cm) and (2*90 cm) and its quality will prepare you for sweet nights. Your vehicle will find its place at the foot of the accommodation.

La Terrasse du Loir gîte 2 km from La Flèche Zoo

The "La Terrasse du Loir" Gîte is private (opened in 2021), you will be alone in the entire gîte. The pool and telescopic enclosure were installed in 2022. It is heated to 29°. For 2026: Heated pool from March 27 to November 1 inclusive. For 2027: Heated pool from March 26 to November 1 inclusive. Gîte of 115 m2 + large terrace of 24 m² overlooking Le Loir located 2.5 km from the Zoo. Accommodation capacity 12 people with the sofa bed in the living room (10 people with the 4 bedrooms).

Enclosed land, ideal for your pets! You will be brought to meet our dogs who are free. Vehicles can be parked on the property and at the back of the house. Linens and towels will be provided. Gas barbecue loan possible.

Apartment close to the 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit, the Exhibition Center, the Alain Prost karting track and the Antares theater. It is a small studio on the first floor of a house, and its access is via an external staircase. The place is quiet and green, under the lime trees, and has a private courtyard with garden furniture and parking for vehicles of different sizes.
