Large house in the heart of the city of Moncé-en-Belin, 5 km from the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans circuit. On the ground floor: Beautiful kitchen open to the living room. Also a shower room as well as separate toilet and access to the outside equipped with a wooden deck. On the 1st floor you will find 3 bedrooms including a suite with bathroom. And finally on the 2nd floor a suite offering 1 king size double bed as well as a pull-out bed and its bathroom with bathtub and toilet.

Enclosed land, ideal for your pets! You will be brought to meet our dogs who are free. Vehicles can be parked on the property and at the back of the house. Linens and towels will be provided. Gas barbecue loan possible.

It is a small studio on the first floor of a house, and its access is via an external staircase. The place is quiet and green, under the lime trees, and has a private courtyard with garden furniture and parking for vehicles of different sizes.
