In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Entire Private Troglodyte loft apartment

A unique troglodyte loft decorated with art pieces. The entrance is private and the space is overlooking the terrasse with a Japanese feel to it. On the top floor you will find the bathroom with it's shower dug into the rocks. This is a very peaceful place to relax. This small winemaker village will welcome you and allow you to taste some of the best Loir valley wines. Breakfast is included and the host Luc speaks a perfect English.

Typical Percheron house, in the heart of the village in an old fortified farm. A private house on one floor, quiet, with all the necessary comfort for a great stay. Close to cycling, hiking and equestrian trails, you can observe nature in a space concerned with preserving organic diversity. Tourist and historical sites such as the Commanderie d'Arville will delight enthusiasts and curious young and old.

Country house

Former gatehouse completely renovated, not overlooked and with countryside views. You may have the opportunity to observe deer and other small game. The old railway line is now reserved for hiking or mountain biking. Come and spend a quiet stay with family or friends and enjoy the enclosed garden. Village with shops (bar, restaurant, bakery 1 km away), market on Saturday morning. Supermarket 2 km away.

Townhouse

Small town house in peaceful village of Loir-et-Cher. Recreation center in the village with playground, swimming, fishing, petanque court. 1 hour from the Loire Valley castles, 20 minutes from Vendôme TGV station, 50 minutes from Le Mans, 10 minutes from St Calais. There is free public parking 50 m away. Parents: possibility of providing a baby bed, high chair and baby bath on request.

La Cabane Pod at the Farm

Come and discover the cows in the meadow and relax in the Pod Hut by the water... We will welcome you in all simplicity to our family farm. By coming to us, you choose to be around our farm friends. Your stay may be an opportunity to watch our cows being milked, and why not, bottle feed the little ones. We are located in the heart of various hiking trails, for which we can guide you.

"Chez Mémé Caillou" is a recently renovated independent old house, with a warm interior, with a plot of 250 square meters to enjoy the terrace and sunbathing on sunny days. Located in Montmirail, "Small City of Character" in the Perche Sarthe, it is a stone's throw from the castle, on the village discovery trail.
