Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, spacious living area, dining, fully equipped kitchen, a very generous terrace and a 8 x 4 meters pool. The kids can also enjoy playing in the private playground. The property is at 20 min drive from Alicante airport and within 30 min drive from any major attractions in the area. Nearest beach is at 30 min drive from the house. The closest supermarket is at only 4 min drive from the property. Discounts are applied for stays over 4 weeks only from Oct until April.

Our refurbished stone tiny house has loads of character, it's located next to the famous castel of Guadalest & the moutain views from the plot are breathtaking. Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.
