Brad's house is located in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen is well equipped. The bed is soft and comfortable. Brad responded to messages expediently. He and Tina went above and beyond to help me feel welcome and comfortable.

Our stay was Wonderful. Guam is home but coming from stateside it’s nice to know that these accommodations were available for us at a good price. Will definitely consider this option for future visits .

first time in a shared space, the other tenants were respectable and cleaned after themselves, oka is a great place in the heart of tumon, and the host was responsive and hospitable

The kitchen utensils, pots and pans need to be upgraded. The lighting needs to be changed in the living room kitchen and hallway. The TV my wife could not get it to work properly.
