Ground floor: 2 shower-rooms / WC, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed with a mezzanine floor (on which there are 2 sleepings for kid) and a bedroom with 3 single beds. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.
