Elia Cottage in Spetses

Stone-built cottage in lavish garden, in the heart of Spetses Town. A small house (58 sq.m) with all the amenities of a large one.Always childrens' favourite cottage, because of its coziness and its resemblance to "the little house in the prairie". It consists of two bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with two single mattresses, a dinning area with a rustic fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. Villa Serendipity Sea View

This beautiful villa is in an exclusive development has stunning views of the sea. The villa has its own private entrance and swimming pool (the pool is 10 meters by 5 meters). There is a covered barbeque area, a large terraced area, there are six sun loungers and another table and chairs next to the pool, where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful views of the sea. Each bedroom has its own balcony and air conditioning. The villa is a short walk away from the sea and a secluded bay.

The house is on the 1st floor of an old mansion, recently renovated and located in the Old Harbor just 20m from the sea. It offers wonderful sea view. Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.
