Steps away from boat slip at community dock and community pool, which is open seasonally. 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the main floor, and an additional upstairs living area/bunk room with private bath. Plenty of seating for meals and additional space on the back deck overlooking the water.

Home is designed for indoor/outdoor living and gives you endless places to sit and enjoy the view. Back deck has a hot tub and grill and outdoor dining area. From the deck you easily access the dock down the ramp. Large dock has plenty of space for you to play all day.
