Holiday rentals with a patio in Mono County

Fantastic condo in the best location! Easy walk to the Gondola for skiing, and never need the car because shops and restaurants are right in the village. Amenities are great and the wine and s’more kit upon arrival was a great treat! The condo is stocked with great games and fun puzzles. Everything was just perfect.

They were very responsive and helped us out with flexible checkin due to the mountain hours changing. The place is right in the center of town which is nice to be able to walk to Vons or restaurants.

Susan's condo is in a great location, walkable to restaurants and shopping, and close to town/mountain shuttles. The kitchen is very well equipped and easy to function in. Bed is quite comfortable, and everything is very clean. This is our favorite area in Mammoth to stay and we hope to return.

Nice condo in a KILLER location. Close enough to all the amenities in town but far enough away that it’s peaceful and relaxing. And still only a 5 minute drive to Eagle Lodge. This upstairs unit was cozy and welcoming and gets plenty of sunlight during the day. The layout of the neighborhood made for nice dog walking in a clean, well-kept community. The views of the mountains and a little snowy creek running through the property didn’t hurt! We played with our kids in the snow right out front (and to the side, and behind, and a little ways down the road…there was plenty of clean white snow all over and it hadn’t snowed in days). There were some low grades that we could have sledded down but nothing steep or spectacularly long so we went elsewhere to sled. It’s more of a snowball fight and snowman affair for the kids around here. There are creeks and ponds scattered around the neighborhood so do be careful. 10AM checkout was a little brutal but don’t let that stop you! We’d book again

Walkable distance to coffee shops and restaurants. On the first floor, close to parking, in the heart of the city. Loved the renovated bathroom. Overall a great and comfortable stay

Jennifer was a great host! Her communication was prompt and instructions were clear. Our family was very comfortable and the Airbnb had all the amenities we wanted, it was also located in a quiet area and still close to everything we needed. Would happily book again!

Great location short walk to the village, brewery, and shops, also next to the golf course. We liked that the house was equally distant about a mile to the Eagle Lodge and also only a mile to the Canyon Lodge.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! It was kid friendly with games and toys already being provided. The house is in a great location, separated from town and super close to twin falls! We will definitely be back, hopefully winter time to utilize the ski in and out feature!

Great location, walkable to Von’s and trolly. The place was very clean, really easy check in, comfortable beds, better than the pics, loved having in unit washer/dryer. Garage was very handy for us. I highly recommend the place and would stay there again.

I've stayed at a number of places in Mammoth over the years and this was one of the best. Place looked and felt brand new with modern appliances, furniture and comfortable beds, something that is often lacking in Mammoth housing. It's only about a 5-10 minute walk to the Village which makes it incredibly easy to get to the gondola as well as restaurants and bars. They also let us know we could check in early without me asking which was a huge help in coordinating with the crew. Definite 5 out of 5.

Nicely updated, very clean and well appointed condo. It was a great place for our family of four to come home to after a day of skiing.

This was our second time staying here, and once again, it was great. The place is super clean, updated, and very comfortable. It’s in a perfect location—close to the mountain, with easy and convenient parking. Communication was quick, simple, and very responsive, which made everything even smoother. Overall, we really like this spot and will definitely stay here again!

We had a very lovely stay and Adrienne is an excellent, friendly and helpful host. The apartment is lovely, very well equipped, especially when travelling with kids, and location is very central, right by the Old Mammoth Road. The only thing to note (which I didn't fully realize from the pictures) is that the bedrooms are situated facing the main road. It isn't too loud but it might be worth to note for light sleepers. Other than that highly recommend to all!

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the property. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which instantly made us feel comfortable and at home. I can honestly say this was the nicest Airbnb I have ever stayed in! The kitchen was a highlight for us, as it was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. It made our stay so much more convenient and enjoyable, allowing us to have cozy dinners after a day on the slopes. Speaking of slopes, the skiing and ski-out experience was truly remarkable. We could hit the slopes right from the property, which made our days both exciting and hassle-free. It was such a treat to have this level of accessibility. One of the most memorable aspects of our stay was the breathtaking view of the valley. Waking up to such a beautiful sight was a delight, and it added a special touch to our mornings Overall, our stay was wonderful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked with everything you’d need to feel right at home, especially if you're traveling with pups. It made our stay in Mammoth so comfortable and enjoyable. Great location - 10 minutes walk from the Village at Mammoth where you can find restaurants, shops and a general store. Nice and peaceful surrounding with great views of mountain and woods. Beautiful place - Nice furniture, very comfortable beds, well thought out layouts/rooms with plenty of storage. Thoroughly organized and very clean kitchen and baths. Well functioning fireplace made our stay during the snow that much more special. Only downside is the hard to open trash bin at the end when we tried to dispose of the trash. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Beautiful condo, matches the listing. Great location near The Village with direct access to the main road. I'd love to book this condo next time I'm in Mammoth!
