Small quiet cottage of about 32 m² located in the heart of the village. Made of cut stone dating from the 16th century, this gîte, classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation, has independent access from Rue St François. It is on two levels, accessible by stairs (the entrance stairs are rather steep) The accommodation is simple and functional, equipped on the first floor with an integrated kitchen open to the dining room and living room, as well as a toilet. The bedroom is on the second floor with a bathroom and toilet.

Hi , I welcome you to my home, in a charming outbuilding of the house, for a stay in the heart of the vineyards in the village of Grézillac, 15 minutes from Saint Émilion. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, bedroom with bathtub and garden. Ideally located, in addition to the wine landscapes you can easily go to Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay or Dordogne.
