Die Wohnung von Walter ist ein Traum. Der Strand gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir waren mit dem Auto vor Ort und konnten andere Strände besuchen. Die Restaurants vor Ort oder in der Nähe waren super. Die beiden Terrassen für uns ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt! Taty hat uns herzlich willkommen geheißen und uns das wunderschöne Haus gezeigt. Es ist wirklich perfekt ausgestattet - vor allem für einen Urlaub mit Baby/Kind. Alles ist sehr durchdacht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. (Treppengitter, Lätzchen, Hochstuhl, Pürierstab, Spielsachen, etc.) Taty hat uns sogar einen Verstärker für das WLAN organisiert, damit wir es zum Arbeiten auch auf der Terrasse nutzen können. Wir können sowohl das Haus, als auch die Gastgeber zu 100% empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. :)

Appartamento pulitissimo, curato ed ordinato in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Mi sono trovata benissimo e tornerò sicuramente. Alessandro e Ilaria sono due host molto cordiali e premurosi con gli ospiti. Inoltre, vi è anche la possibilità di portare con sé i propri cagnolini, opportunità non scontata 🐶 Superconsigliato!

The house was a gem - nestled in a quite area of south sardinia. Paulo was easily one of the best airbnb hosts we've ever had. The house was extremely well equipped with a full kitchen and all other amenities. One could send that a lot of personal touch and thought was put into every detail. Paulo even helped us deal with some hippcups we had during our stay ! The icing on the cake was the private tour on the daily boat ! All in all , one of the best stays we've had . 5/5 !

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Michael è un ottimo Host, gentile e molto disponibile. Posizione ottima e riservata. Casa spaziosa e confortevole, fornita di tutto l’essenziale. Super terrazzo esterno e perfetto per un po’ di relax. Host e casa super consigliate!

The place is really cozy, with good taste and a few minutes by car to Assemini' s downtown, where I found supermarkets, pizzarias and basic amenities! From there, it's possible also to get fast connection by train to Gagliari. I felt that Paolo takes care of the place in all its details and was flexible to do the check in. I also felt that the neighborhood is a safe area.

Wir (Eltern und ein Jahr altes Baby) waren eine Woche zu Gast und fanden es einfach perfekt! Wir haben gegrillt und an den windigen Tagen mit dem Baby im Pool gebadet. Wir haben ein Auto gemietet und damit ist man bald an den wunderschönen Stränden der Umgebung und natürlich nahversorgern. Das Haus schaut so aus, wie auf den Bildern und Gabriele hat dazu liebevoll alles für unser Baby vorbereitet( Kinderstuhl mit Befestigungsmittel, Spielzeug, Babywasser, im Garten Luftmatratze,Schaukel und Rutsche)! Er hat sich jeden Tag erkundigt, ob wir was brauchen. Auch hat er uns gute Tipps für Restaurants und Unternehmungen gegeben. Check in und out waren flexibel ( vielen lieben Dank) und unkompliziert. Einfach perfekt !!!

Spotless place and lovely caring host! The house finishes are delightful and clearly recently done. Pool area was clean , beautiful and the view is breathtaking. Beds upstairs can use a new mattress. It is a gated community so be mindful of were you park : spot labeling might be improved as it's hard to see from on board a vehicle. Not many walkable options for eating but good restaurant not far by car like Farra pizzeria which sits on a beautiful landscaped ground between surrounding hills. The little local shack and minimarket can actually cook delicious food: we used for lunch or to order take away for dinner. Beach is beautiful and there's umbrellas/chairs rental and snack bar. It's 15 min walk but house is on a very steep hill plus there's lots of stairs so we still took the car all the time. Lastly learn your garbage disposal rules upon arrival as each day they will pick up only one kind of garbage bin (glass, plastic, compost) to be left top of the stairs by street 😉

The apartment corresponded well to its description and had a wonderful view. Excellent location, shop around the corner and a top hamburger restaurant downstairs. It was easy to get to the center by bus. It was easy to get in touch with the owner. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

We had a great stay at Elisa's place with our 2 small children. The house is big and well maintained, very clean and has everything you need. We loved the dogs, cat and horses. Especially the closed patio with the BBQ was great! The pool has some nice shade in the afternoon, perfect for kids.

Such a lovely villa in a beautiful location with superb mountain views. We had a brilliant holiday with the whole family. The villa was very well appointed and comfortable, and the outside pool and seating areas were very welcome and well used. The children loved the tortoises and were enchanted by the nightly frog visits and chorus. We were within walking distance of the local restaurant and gelateria with lots of wonderful flavours. The beaches of Costa Rei and Maklas were very close, with soft white sand and crystal clear blue sea. Gian was a great host - really responsive and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely recommend the Villa for the perfect family holiday.

Thankyou so much to Aldo and Francesco, A truely beautiful and peaceful property in a great location to explore the nearby delights of southern Sardinia. Lovely weather just topped things off. Both hosts were extremely accommodating and also on hand for advice/help with anything regarding the holiday. Couldn’t recommend the property any higher. We very much look forward to returning again in the future

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Kommunikation erfolgte überwiegend über den Sohn der Gastgeberin, der sehr gut Englisch spricht und uns hilfreiche Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants in der Umgebung gegeben hat. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, der Pool ist groß und sauber, und der Ausblick war sehr schön. Für den Gastgeber war es okay, dass uns auch mal Freunde am Pool besucht haben. Ein Hinweis für Hundebesitzer: Unser unkastrierter Rüde und die freilaufende Hündin auf dem Grundstück ließen sich nur schwer voneinander trennen, was zu etwas Aufwand geführt hat. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Gastgeber konnte jedoch eine Lösung gefunden werden.

Our group absolutely loved our stay at Enrico's apartment. We cannot say enough great things about how kind, helpful, and proactive they were in ensuring our stay was wonderful. The apartment is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The surrounding area was walkable with cafes, restaurants and key sites located nearby. Even with that said it provided a quiet oasis being just off some of the main streets and piazzas. They even provided separate towels, chairs, and an umbrella for our beach visits. Everything was absolutely perfect and I cannot say enough to recommend this apartment.

Giulia was absolutely fantastic! Our flight arrived in Cagliari around 1am, but Giulia had no problem meeting us despite the late hour. She was so kind and welcoming, even bringing a snack to help us settle in and start our holiday off. She made everything feel easy and stress-free from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. From giving us tips on local restaurants and beaches, to helping us find the Airbnb and answering any questions we had during our stay. Whenever we reached out, she responded quickly and was always eager to help, which made us feel really well taken care of. The Airbnb itself was spotless, quiet, and modern. The apartment had everything we needed. Even though the street outside can be a little lively at night, the apartment stayed very peaceful and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Cagliari. We honestly couldn’t recommend Giulia and her place more. Definitely a 5-star experience.

Wie waren im Juni für 4 Nächte in der Unterkunft von Nicola in Cagliari. Die Wohnung entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen und hat alles, was es braucht, um eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Es gibt Sonnenschirme für den Strand, eine vollausgestattete Küche und eine sehr gut einstellbare Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, um bei hohen Außentemperaturen gut schlafen zu können. Nicola ist ein aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der dafür Sorgen trägt, dass man sich als Gast wohl fühlt. Er fragt nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist und lässt einem gleichzeitig Ruhe. Die Unterkunft können wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We truly appreciated the hospitality, especially the thoughtful touch of offering us a local Cagliari beer, it was a great way to start our stay. The decoration of the Airbnb was lovely and made us feel right at home. Tips for getting around and visiting the main sights were really helpful and made our trip even more enjoyable. Superbe appartement en plein cœur de Cagliari. Beppe a été très réactif et accueillant avec plusieurs recommandations de qualité à proximité. L'appartement est spacieux, propre, bien organisé, avec tous le matériel nécessaire pour un séjour de plusieurs jours/semaines. Très bien situé à 2 pas du centre-ville et de toutes les commodités. Arrivée autonome possible. Matelas confortable, douche pratique. Place de parking réservée pour la voiture. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement, je recommande.

Appartement très bien situé, on est proches de tout à pied et c’est très agréable, le quartier est super. Sergio a été réactif à chaque échange et de bon conseil. L’appartement est bien, joli et agréable. Toutefois, par rapport aux photos où on a le sentiment que l’appartement est baigné de lumière, dans la réalité ce n’est pas le cas. Enfin ce n’est que pour les vacances alors ce n’est pas très grave. Juste un peu dommage de devoir partir à 10h30 le dernier jour c’est un peu tôt quand on a un avion prévu le soir à 20h. Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft die alles hat was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und waren begeistert von den vielen Kleinigkeiten die in der Wohnung vorhanden waren wie z.B. Sonnencreme, Duschgel, Kaffee, Tee usw. Anna ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und hat uns sogar Eis, Kekse und Getränke zur Begrüßung bereitgestellt. Sogar an unseren Hund hat sie gedacht. Vielen Dank!
