L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

In the calm of the mountains, in the middle of a pristine nature, our yurt offers a spacious, luminous, comfortably equipped and cozy living and sleeping space. The frame is made from bamboo which creates remarkable aesthetics within the interior. The yurt is surrounded with private areas beneath old trees, in Sun and shadow, at the creek and on one of the natural stone terraces; an inviting environment for rest, contemplation and communion with nature. Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . Charming Manor House close to the vineyards and 30 min from the sea. 🚶‍♂️ You are an 8-minute walk from local shops: grocery store, bakery, tobacco shop, restaurant, hairdresser... The house accommodates up to 6 people with all the comforts you need. 🌿 Optionally, an independent wooden eco-lodge (Dome) in the garden can accommodate 2 additional people (total capacity: 8 people), by reservation and with surcharge. Both properties are never rented at the same time.

Atypical stone house, African huts

We offer this 65 m2 18th century stone house located in the heart of the old hamlet of Frangouille and whose exterior is decorated with sculptures. The hamlet, backed by woods and the Orb Mountains, is located in the upper Orb Valley. The house, filled with travel memories, is located in a very quiet area. Guests can take advantage of its covered terrace, facing south, the garden and we provide African huts (30 m² annex) located in the garden.

NEW: We have just equipped the gîte with centralized air conditioning. This gîte is very spacious, in a fenced and wooded plot of 2000 m², with great views of the surrounding mountains. I invite you to look at all the photos, so you will visit this 50 m² vacation rental and discover some surrounding landscapes. The gîte consists of 2 rooms, a living room and a built-in kitchen, then a very spacious bedroom with a suite, toilet and bathroom.

This modern and spacious accommodation offers stunning views of one of the most beautiful villages in France. The apartment also has a charming riverside garden located 50 m walk from the property. Breakfast can be taken directly at the Hotel l'Ecole (located 100 m away) and you can also enjoy the hotel's facilities (swimming pool, petanque court and billiards). The garden and hotel are not accessible from 10/01 to 05/01.

Upstairs is a large 70 m2 living room with a lounge, an equipped kitchen and a living room. Plus a toilet. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.
